Located directly across the street from the beach path, you have immediate access to a beautiful north end beach. Home is well maintained offering four generous bedrooms and 3 baths. Situated on the first floor is a family room (with a Queen sofa bed), a full bath and two bedrooms (one bedroom contains a queen bed and the other bedroom contains one single and one full bed). The second floor has a vaulted great room, dining area, kitchen, a spiral staircase leading to a widow's walk which provides an unimpeded view of the sea, a bedroom with a king sized bed, and a master bedroom with a king bed, a private bath, and a beautiful new deck. Spacious second floor features a NEW sundeck with great views and partial shade provided by a beautiful stripped awning.
