Features 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and one half bath, hardwood floors, granite kitchen counters, top of the line appliances, central air and a Pool for before or after beach activities. Large deck for Summer entertaining. A wonderful choice for your Summer vacation home. 1st floor bottom floor has: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and a family room with a queen size sofa bed and half bath. 2nd floor middle floor has: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, living room, kitchen, dining area (great room), half bath. Third floor top floor has: 1 bedroom with a king size bed. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Rear yard pool cabana (no key) (with a refrigerator in it) is for tenant use. Heated pool.
