We had a wonderful family reunion at the property and it was an excellent venue enjoyed by all. My immediate family stayed through the week and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the many amenities. The host was very helpful throughout our visit. Great location... Great house... and wonderful hosts.

This home was so perfect for our big group! Super close to the beach and it is the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen supplies, beach equipment & passes, and more— we never felt like we didn’t have something. The pool and hot tub were also super nice & clean. Overall wonderful experience I would recommend to anyone.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for me and my extended family. It’s a large house, with plenty of space for everyone to be together, but not be on top of each other! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous! We had a wonderful Labor Day beach vacation with our adult kids, spouses and grandkids! Plenty of room for all. Very well equipped! Kid-proofed with outlet covers, night lights, baby gates on stairways, 2 pack n plays. Gated yard. Mike was super responsive to any questions. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots, pans, spices, even freezer packs provided to keep your picnics cold! Beach chairs and 2 wagons to carry the toys, kids etc. to the beach which is so close! Couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy Avalon. Beautiful house and grounds and well managed. We will return!!

Wonderful house for families!

The house was beautiful, great location to walk to the beach 1 1/2 blocks away and also to the shopping area 5 blocks away. We had everything we needed and more to enjoy a relaxing extended family vacation, and plenty of room for all 14 of us to spread out. The pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was perfect!

This was the perfect place for our Christmas holiday. We were a party of 12 adults traveling from different states. The space was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of rooms for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, flatware, pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable, and the location made getting around easy. Only downside…since it was the holiday season at a beach town in winter, many restaurants were closed. However, we were able to get by with a grocery store nearby. The host was excellent—quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely book again.

32nd Annual sisters weekend getaway

Most of my sisters, our over-21 daughters, a couple of daughters-in-law, and a long-term friend alternate between the beach and mountains for an annual get together. Everyone agreed this was one of our favorite beach houses. Perfect bed spaces, plenty of bathrooms, lots of off season parking, 2 blocks to the beach. Kitchen was nicely stocked and a nice outdoor space with a hot tub too. If it is available in two years we would likely come back!

A wonderful winter escap!

From pre-check-in to check out, Mike was communicative, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The layout of the house was perfect for our 11 person family. The communal area (complete with a massive island perfect for big dinners and a cozy fireplace) offered plenty of space for games and other fun during our New Year’s getaway. The hot tub was a treat that the kids loved. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

The BEST trip!!

The BEST trip!! The property was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcomed. The house was very clean, close to the beach, everything was labeled clearly and easy to use. The owner / managers were so incredibly kind & quick to answer any questions we had. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Fantastic family beach house

We rented this house for one week in August as a group of 12. This house is perfect for big groups. Tons of bedrooms, great outdoor space, new hot tub and fantastic location to go to the beach or town. The owner was amazing and their communication as well as the extras they included were outstanding. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a great week!

Huge, modern, beach house.

This house is amazing!! Huge, comfortable, all the amenities!! Anything you could want/need has been thought of! We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for all. The 6 bathrooms are a major plus!! The hosts are incredibly generous and i would recommend this house to anyone. Quick walk to the beach! The outdoor area is just as nice as the inside!!
