This air-conditioned and very spacious villa, located in Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, is ideal for 10 to 16 people.

This villa has a magnificent infinity pool and a beautiful sea view on the Ile du Levant is a 10-minute walk from Canadel beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances; perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy in the large dining room for 16 people or on one of the two terraces enjoying the sea view.

The first terrace has a beautiful infinity pool with solar shower and beach beds ideal for reading and lounging, a solar shower is available. The second terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a barbecue and a large table for 16 guests, shaded by a pergola.

The living room includes a large TV with home cinema; card games are also available to liven up your evenings.

The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and sea view, 4 with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with a small living room and a balcony. The villa also has a dormitory for 4 people with sea view. All bedrooms are fitted with storage units with hangers, to allow you to settle in comfortably.

A small living room with library, television and bench convertible into a bed for 2 people is located on the first floor.

Separate toilets are available on the 1st floor. A bathroom with large walk-in shower is available on the 1st floor.

The villa has a washing machine, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a hairdryer.

Please note that sheets and a towel per person are provided.

You can park up to 6 cars. The car park is secured by a gate.

Happy days at this wonderful house and place

We enjoyed our days very much. It was perfect for our bigfamily. There was enough place for the kids to run, play and they loved to swim in the pool on the terrace. All you need for a big group was there, enough dishes etc.you can walk to the beach. The beach was also good for the children. No stress for the adults.We want to come back surely.

A well appointed property for a family holiday.

Three generations enjoyed this holiday house with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen, great play equipment and with two pools it meant their was choice for all. Comfortable beds and linen. Communication with host was prompt and our query re housekeeping was dealt with immediately.

Magnificent villa

We had an excellent time in this very unique villa. To have two pools were perfect depending on mood and activities in the pool. Lounge area was perfect for the evenings and became a favorite for all. Well equipped kitchen, the only thing we lacked was barbecue in the outside kitchen. I can really recommend the villa!

Fabulous House and location ... hard beat in on the Riviera.

Amazing modern house with so much thought having gone into the landscaping of the property and a view out over the ocean. 3 families enjoyed a week here with amazing beaches and restaurants either a walk or short drive away. After a few hours away it was a pleasure to come back and spend the evening at the property, relazing in the pools, playing boule and taking in the views. Great property ... would love to return.

The perfect house and location to relax with family and friends!

An absolutely lovely house and nice owners who were accessible and very service minded and friendly! Walking distance to beach but also a free navette (bus) to use due to hilly surroundings! Amazing outdoor space where we spent magic evenings cooking together! And very comfortable and clean bedrooms/bathrooms. Close to nice visits to Le Lavandou or St Tropez and a beautiful local beach with the clearest water! Also a nice hike//bike/run path running along the coastline that we used a lot! We were 13 in this house (3 families) and can highly recommend it!

Lovely house!!!

The house and especially the outdoor area is wonderful. To have two pools is luxury and the sun shower is excellent. The back outdoor area is very tastefully decorated. Loved it! Simon and Christelle (the owners) were so helpful with everything and made the stay comfortable. Maybe we would have preferred to have doors to close to the toilets. Now two of the toilets did not have doors and were open to the respective rooms making us not use them
. We reccomend this property!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceWe recently stayed at this house and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Despite the listing giving the impression of a luxury property, the house felt more like a bohemian retreat – and not in a good way.Although there are several bedrooms, there are no real common areas where guests can gather or relax together. The layout is awkward and not suited for groups or families. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.One of the biggest letdowns was the pool area. While the pool itself is large, there is barely any usable space around it – just a small, cramped wooden deck with no room for sunbathing or lounging.The only seating available outside were wooden-built sofas and sunbeds, but there were either no cushions or they were worn and uncomfortable. Both indoors and outdoors, the only real place to gather was around one large dining table – no lounge area, no cozy spots to relax.This property is absolutely not child-friendly, neither indoors nor outdoors. The design, furniture, and general setup pose risks for younger children and make it hard for parents to relax.Overall, this rental was not worth the money. It lacked comfort, practicality, and the luxury feel that was promised. We would not return or recommend it to others – especially families.

Tolles Sommerhaus mit kleinen SchwÀchen

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder im Alter von fast 2 bis 6 Jahren. Das Haus ist dafĂŒr super ausgestattet, hat aber wegen der Hanglage viele Treppen, die fĂŒr Kleinkinder gefĂ€hrlich sind. Da wir im SpĂ€tsommer/ Herbst dort waren, gab es leider auch Regentage, an denen wir bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Haus vermisst haben. Es wĂ€re schön gewesen, wenn der große Außentisch nicht nur einen Sonnenschutz sondern eine regenfeste Überdachung gehabt hĂ€tte. Der Infinitipool ist in natura erheblich kleiner, als er auf dem Foto erscheint. Ansonsten absolute WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re, super Ausstattung in der KĂŒche, Spielzeug und Spiele fĂŒr Erwachsene und Kinder. Sehr angenehm sind die BĂ€der en suite und die Etagenbetten fĂŒr die Kinder. Sehr positiv ist noch der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter anzumerken.

La maison est bien tenue. La vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires ont réalisé différents points de détente trÚs agréable. En outre ils ont réalisés une scénographie de jardin à l arriÚre de la maison, qui donne aux espaces de repas et d aperitif une ambiance digne des plus beaux carrés VIP ! La piscine n est pas trÚs grande mais elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique. nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location. pm

Villa trÚs moderne et spacieuse , idéal pour un grand groupe de plusieurs familles

La villa est situé au dessus d'une vallée, environnement tres calme. il faut 20 min à pied pour revenir de la plage car la route est fort pentue. La ville est fonctionnelle, avec frigo américain plus un autre frigo trÚs pratique. Par contre ,villa pas du tout adapter pour les personnes ayant des personnes de mobilités. Elle est sur 3 voir 4 niveaux et bcp d escaliers à monter . La piscine et terrasses sont au 4 niveaux . Pas loin de commerces mais la voitures est indispensable. A conseiller si vous souhaitez de la tranquillité
