Come spend your holidays in our house located in Arcachon in the district of Abatilles.
It is an old Arcachonnaise of the beginning of the century that we have ourselves entirely renovated and enlarged. Being architect in Arcachon, the house is quite atypical, and consists of 4 rooms. 2 on the ground floor of which one with bathroom and shower open on the bedroom and the other with a basin and mirror. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have sloping ceilings. A shower room with WC is located in the middle of the two rooms on the floor. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet at the entrance of the house which then opens onto a vast living room kitchen dining room. A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has dishwasher, ovens, and induction hob.

The stay opens on a large terrace of 100m ² with several spaces of relaxation.
Direct access to the back of the garden by stairs to the Bois des Abatilles (700m from the beach on foot, 300m from the tennis club of Arcachon, 500m from the Thalasso)

The villa is rented full 7 days minimum, we will be present at the entrance and exit.

The pets are not accepted, but we have a nice little cat that will have to feed (9 months), if that is not possible, contact us.

We live in this villa, we have a lot of knowledge about the Bassin d'Arcachon and will be able to help you with all the summer activities (Restaurants, visits, surfing sports, paddle, etc ...) Do not hesitate to ask us.

On the photos the guards of the floor have been laid since. A double bed is installed in the child room on the ground floor if 8 people.
