This is a first floor unit, located on the second level of the building. Off-street parking in driveway, garage cannot be used for parking. Elevator to second level - there are a few steps to access elevator. IMPORTANT: TENANT MUST ADVISE LONG AND FOSTER RENTAL AGENT AT TIME OF BOOKING IF THEY INTEND TO USE THE BOAT SLIP - SLIP CANNOT BE USED WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.
