HEATED SWIMMING POOL!!, New Granite Counter Tops in the kitchen.There are new flat screen TVs in the living room, master bedroom, the 1st floor bedroom and in the first floor family room. New patio furniture and grill, new blinds for the living room and bathroom updates. This 5 bedroom, 4 baths home is spacious and comfortable. First floors offers a family room with a queen sleep sofa, bedroom # 1 that is very large with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed, bedroom # 2 with two twin beds, bedroom # 3 with a queen bed and 2 full hall baths. On the 2nd floor is the living room with new ceiling fan, kitchen and dining area, and full hall bath. Bedroom # 4 has 2 twin beds and the master suite with a king bed and private bath. Sleeps 12 People. BEACH BLOCK home, 3 with ocean views and only a short walk to restaurant's, shopping and all that Avalon business district has to offer!! Handicap accessible to first floor only.
