First floor condo located on the west side of the complex. Prime location! Located 1/2 block from the beach and within walking distance to all the dining and shopping of Avalon. Enjoy an open concept kitchen and family area which opens up to your private deck. 2 full baths (tub/shower in hall bath), stack washer/dryer, and private deck. Assigned parking in front. Outside shower is cold water only. Grills are not permitted by the condo association. Drop your bags and enjoy the Avalon lifestyle!
