Recently renovated, beautifully maintained spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home in the Seascape Community. Enjoy the best of both worlds! This location is only one block to the beach, and one block from the center of town. Features a community in-ground heated swimming pool and tennis courts. Entertain the whole family in the 2 story home complete with new hardwood flooring throughout, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, and living room on the first floor. Find plenty of room for the whole family on a rainy day in the additional family room complete with a large flat screen TV. Also located on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen bed, hallway bath, and laundry room. Guests can stay upstairs in one of the three additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy long nights outside on the back deck overlooking a beautiful rose and tomato garden within the fenced-in yard. The home is complete with an outdoor shower, off street parking for one car, and a storage shed. Linen/towel service and cleaning are provided. ***May/June Rentals are all Friday to Friday. July & August rentals are Saturday to Saturday***
