IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Odalys Les Sources de Manon residence, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We invite you to discover this well-maintained, air-conditioned house, which sleeps six.

You can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-April).

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a toilet, and a covered terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.

Parking and a TV are available.

Be charmed by all the amenities of this residence and its proximity to the Ardèche Gorges, the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, and its tourist attractions. End-of-stay cleaning not included. Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are not included and are available as optional extras.
Pets are welcome.

maison très bien agencée , propre, bien aménagée, piscine agréable pas toujours très propre dommage,

dommage que le compartiment congélateur du frigo n'a pas de porte ce qui fait que tous les aliments du frigidaire gèlent , la salade , la viande , les fruits etc...à côté de cela propriété très propre bien aménagée, oiscine agréable pas toujours très nettoyée (eau filtration ) terrasse super agréable , pas de bruit , un séjour très agréable, dans l'ensemble propriété bien tenue , à recommander
