Very beautiful house completely renovated and very well equipped for 6 to 8 people fully air conditioned on the RDJ of a villa with very beautiful wooden terraces, large fenced landscaped garden and heated swimming pool 12mX4m, 450 m from the beach, opposite the tennis courts, 1 km from the Dune du Pyla, 4 km from the sailing circle and 6 km from the Arcachon international golf course.
This furnished apartment is located in the renovated district of new prestigious hotels and restaurants Ha (a) ïtza and Co (o) rniche.
The heated swimming pool is in operation from May 15 to October 15.

It was advertised as having air conditioning but there were 2 air coolers & 3 bedrooms.Pool lovely.

Misrepresentation re air conditioning which it didn’t have. Expensive.Pool nice but find it hard to call it 5 star, It was not a whole villa but downstairs apartment.Outside area Spacious not inside. Noisy traffic all night. However enjoyed the pool very much. For the price would have expected clean sheets and towels after our first week not having to wash them ourselves.

Villa excellemment bien placée, avec une partie extérieure très très agréable. Grand Deck devant la piscine et sans vis à vis. A l'intérieur, l'espace de vie est un peu plus petit mais quand il fait beau, on reste dehors :) La villa est conforme aux photos et j'y ai passé 10 jours vraiment top avec ma fille de 2 ans. On a été bien accueillis. On reviendra.

Maison agréable et bien équipée aussi bien intérieur que extérieur.Hébergement très bien situe. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux. A recommander.
