The place was gorgeous and just like the photos. We were a friend group of 6 adults and we found all of the spaces comfortable and relaxing. The host and onsite team were responsive and super communicative. They helped with getting us early morning taxis back to the ferry and arranging golf carts. There was daily cleaning and optional laundry services. One minor note (we rented the top and bottom units of the house)-the top unit had some cigarette smoke odor but it was bearable. However, the first and second levels did not have cigarette odor. Otherwise, highly recommend and would stay again. The Chedraui supermarket was walkable and many great places to eat within minutes of the house.

The house easily accommodated our family of 13. It has a great layout than gives everyone plenty of space. The large kitchen and dining room are open to a casual seating area and nearby TV room. The location of the house is an easy drive to either the north or south beaches. We had a memorable time!

Perfect Getaway

Thank you Kristen and your staff for being so accommodating. Your 3 level 6 bedroom 6 bath home was absolutely beautiful .. tucked away in a world of its own. This private home had everything you could think of, nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The views from the upper level are stunning where you can also see some of the town from the upper level. The prepared dishes of guacamole and fish/ shrimp ceviche was everything desired. We each had our own suit with a balcony overlooking the enclosed/ private pool area. The upper pent house accommodated 2 couples that overlooked the ocean. They also have stairs that will take you down to the ocean where you can sit and read or just listen to the waves. This is definitely a place to go and just relax, relax and relax. Oh, I didn’t mention the private heated tub, and upper hot tub 😜 I could keep going on about this place. Love, love, love 💕

The house was clean , and host was welcoming and available for us whenever needed. They helped with getting taxis when needed and arranged golf carts for our big family. The location was perfect if you rent a golf cart or get a taxi. Never had any issue with getting around and views were amazing.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Amazing staff.

We had 6 couples stay for a week and It was amazing. The staff was so helpful on booking fishing charters and massage therapists that came to the house for couples massages. The house was cleaned everyday. The house was wonderful with amazing views of the ocean and a fantastic staff on hand for running errands and booking things for us. Would definitely go back.

Great house and great island!

The house is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Isla Mujeres has a culture that is much different than the other Mexico locations and I hope it stays that way. Very quiet and calm and not the party atmosphere you find other places. The house is top notch as well and we lacked nothing while we were there thanks to Tara and the rest of the staff. Great place to stay.

I’m originally from Chicago, but Isla Mujeres has been part of my life since I was six years old. I first lived here at 15 and made it my permanent home over 20 years ago. Both of my children are from the island, and much of my work has been rooted here—from spearheading English programs in the public schools to supporting cultural exchanges and sustainable tourism initiatives. It’s a place I know deeply and care for, and I’m honored to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of our home because it is situated right on a cliff facing the Caribbean, but has privacy being surrounding by a beautiful protected mangrove forest. It is the perfect island oasis.

A unique feature of our rental property is of course the proximity to the ocean, but also that our full service staff are there to lend a hand and make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Your on-site personnel can help with anything you may need during your stay, such as errand running for snacks & beverages, grocery shopping, ordering taxis to the home, local recommendations, beach set up and even complementary laundry service! We would be happy to introduce you to the island we love and call home, utilizing our years of experience and local connections.
