Charming little house type T3 of 45 m2 with private parking, 2 bedrooms, possibility of an additional bed with sofa bed, bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, oven, induction, washing machine, TV, internet and reversible air conditioning etc ... open on the living room and a terrace of 30 m2.

We are 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the river (swimming) and close to FOLELLI and MORIANI and shops, (Supermarket, Butcher, Post office, Bank, Bakery Pastry, Bar, Restaurant, Pharmacy, Doctors, Kine, osteopath) .

Nous avons passe 15 jours dans ce logement, belles vacances, logement a un tarif tres raisonnable a 3 min de la première plage agréable. Clim parfaite Petit désagréments : la route passagere,manque qq ustensile de cuisine ( plat a four,gateau un fouet) et pas assez d emperage) cela peut s améliorer facilement merci a stephane
