Located at the base of Peak 8 and with no less than four ski lifts just outside the front door, guests have the ultimate winter and summer playground at their disposal.

This private condominium offers 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 guests in the expansive setting. Bedding varies based on unit assignment, but the master bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedroom will typically feature a queen or king bed. The third bedroom varies but will usually offer two twins or bunks. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, raising the maximum occupancy to 8 guests. Please let us know of your specific bedding requirements at the time of booking. While at this vacation home, guests enjoy the multitude of fireplaces in the lobby area or sit outside watching the activities unfold.

The aquatic center is another gem that offers both indoor and outdoor swimming. If the aquatics center isn't enough for you, take your turn at the private bowling alley reserved only for guests of One Ski Hill Place.

The family room, gourmet kitchen and dining room area is set in an open floor space that makes it easy for entertaining when you are "home". Cooks enjoy the high-end appliances and complete kitchen for either hiring a chef or organizing meals themselves. Take in a movie in the living room, or allow the kids to retreat to their own HDTV and Wi-Fi set up in each bedroom. 

For those interested in enjoying historic downtown Breckenridge, the gondola is right outside. Jump on the gondola and get whisked down the hill to the excitement. In the summer months, enjoy the mountain roller coaster, Alpine Slide, put-put-golf, trampolines and climbing wall set up outside One Ski Hill Place.
