The house has two bedrooms:
one bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby cot.
one bedroom with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms, both with shower.

Living room and dining area in open space with kitchenette, fully equipped with fridge, coffee machine, toaster and basic utensils.

The living room has direct access to the private terrace, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the garden.

The house is surrounded by its own private garden, with space to sit, read or enjoy the silence of the countryside.

The property is located on 5 hectares of private land, surrounded by nature and silence, yet only 10 minutes by car from shops, restaurants and the village of Zambujeira do Mar.

In the heart of the beautiful Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina, this is a perfect place for those looking for rest, family time and contact with nature.

The surroundings are full of trees, flowers and birds, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Because we are in a rural area inside the Natural Park, the Wi-Fi connection may be slower than in the city.
Here life moves at a different rhythm.
It is a good place to disconnect, read a book, watch the sky full of stars, listen to the birds, or simply enjoy the silence and nature around you.

The essence of the Quinta is a small, intimate holiday retreat for relaxation.

The property has several houses, all with privacy, surrounded by gardens, trees and flowers.

You will wake up with the sound of birds:
swallows, pigeons, blackbirds, sparrows and sometimes storks flying slowly towards the cliffs.

Do not forget your binoculars.

Inside the houses you will find copies of paintings by
Picasso, Kandinsky and Miró, from an old collection belonging to the owners.

Eating indoors or outside on the terrace, around a wooden table in the shade of the old bougainvillea, is always a pleasure.

In season, we offer organic vegetables and herbs from our garden, which are very appreciated by our guests.

House Rules:

Please take care of the house as if it were your own.

We separate organic waste to fertilize the garden.
Plastic and packaging should be placed in the recycling containers on the way to the beach.

Laundry area available in the garden.

Frequent visits from non-guests are not allowed.

After 22:00 please keep quiet outside.

Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the guests.

We live on the property and are available if needed.

Pet friendly

Pets are welcome, but:

Owners must take care of them
Pets cannot be left alone in the house
Excessive barking is not allowed
Visits from friends are not allowed

We want to keep the peaceful atmosphere of the Quinta.
