Bull's-Eye! the Middle of Dewey Beach

A beautiful condo located in the heart of Dewey. The condo is located at 109 Bellevue St., in a complex of 4 units. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 twins and the other with 1 queen bed. They share a full bath. The second floor has a spacious living area with a balcony overlooking the street. There is a half bath adjoining the living area and kitchen. The second floor also has a well stocked kitchen, including a bar with 4 stools, and a dining table, with seating for 6. The 3rd floor has two bedrooms, one with a full and twin bed, and the other with a queen. These bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill bath.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

This unit is located 1/2 block from the main street and a block and 1/2 from the ocean.

We’ve stayed here the last two times we’ve visited Dewey for MDW and can’t recommend it enough. Diane was so communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The location is perfect for going to bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach.

Great Location and great Outdoor space

The pictures of the outside do not do the property justice. It sits with it's own private courtyard area which is great for hanging out it. The inside of the house is great and it is very big and great for a large group.

We loved our stay at this condo. We rented for a bachelorette weekend. The location is unbeatable. Walkable to all bars/restaurants and the beach. It’s literally right in the center of everything. The parking lot was also a plus! I would love to rent here again.

This rental is a great place to stay in Dewey. It is right in the middle of everything, while being far enough off the road that you are still able to get some peace and quiet. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, witching walking distance to anything you could ask for. The upstairs bathroom did have some mildew (which I’m sure is not easy to prevent at the beach) but everything else was clean. There was lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Also lots of draws and closets. The kitchen had every supply you could imagine. Would highly recommend to anyone with family or a group of friends looking for a getaway! Property owners are awesome!!!

Great Stay Perfect Location

The trip was fantastic and this rental was in the perfect place of Dewey! Bachelorette party goals! Only downside is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and stains all over the carpeting. All of the bathrooms were outdated and had mold in them- it’s was do able for a girls weekend but I wouldn’t bring family to stay.

Adorable Condo

The property owner was pleasant to work with. The condo was adorable and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to take a stroll in town for a morning cup of coffee or listen to a band at night. Be prepared for a walk to the beach about 1 1/2 blocks or have somebody drop you off. The only draw back was the many stairs since it has 3 floors plus stairs to get into the condo but I considered it part of my exercise routine...lol

Our first stay in Dewey Beach. However we have been visiting the greater area for decades. Location of this particular property is directly opposed to the least desirable property on a otherwise very nice street. Party On!

Great location for a family getaway

Wonderful location. In the middle of Dewey Beach and only short one block walk to the beach. The townhouse was lovely, beachy colors, lots of natural lighting, great balcony for people watching. Would definitely stay there again.
