Year-round beauty in Leavenworth. Minutes away from downtown but so secluded you’d never know. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath riverfront modern home sits on 2 acres and sleeps 12 people. Enjoy the colors of fall from your Adirondack at the fire pit, or bomb down the sledding hill just outside the back door and come inside to concrete radiant floors and a new modern kitchen. This house is the perfect homebase for so much fun: hiking, mountain biking, Nordic and downhill skiing, wine tasting, golf, white water rafting, tubing/SUP, from the beach, and best of all relaxing. Perfect for families the house has 1 king beds , 2 queen beds and a bunk room that sleeps 6, a trampoline, swing set, fire pit, three outdoor seating areas, beach, and loads of land for fun.

The house is a true getaway - no wifi, no tv

We do have- a beautiful stand alone modern bathtub, large tiled shower, washer/dryer, 18 foots ceilings, gorgeous views, wrap around porch with large outdoor sofa, beautiful dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably, and much more.

Riverfront Fun for Everyone!

What a wonderful place this was for our whole group. We had a group of 12, with 5 couples and 2 little ones. There was so much to do we wish we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of this property. The yard is massive with the fire pit and river access.Only a 2 hour flout from downtown Leavenworth, super convenient. Everything was thought of by Liz and her family. So many little toys and games and yard games. The house itself is beautiful and cozy. Easily fits everyone. Liz was great to work with and very nice, made everything really effortless. We did have a mishap with the trampoline and broke two of the net poles, but hope to pay for the replacements and Liz was understanding. Thank you so much for renting your favorite place, we will definitely hope to rent again as it was such a great experience.

Perfect for river tubing

Had an amazing weekend at this hidden gem tucked away just on the other side of the river from downtown. We launched directly into the river from the property for a three and a half hour lazy float to Leavenworth Riverfront Park. The house is appointed very nicely, with all the equipment you could want for a summer weekend away. Badminton, soccer, trampoline, play structure and fire pit complete the scene. We will be back!
