Oceanfront Condo with Balcony, Pool, Beach Access

Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer Shipwatch #307 as our newest addition at Shipwatch which is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront residence.

The Shipwatch community is located on St. Simons Island on a desirable stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch has been a favorite family destination for many years. And with just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community for weekend getaways or a comfortable snowbird destination during coastal Georgia's mild winter months.

Each vacation rental residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area and a private balcony.

Shipwatch #307 is located on the top floor with a partial ocean view. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all stainless appliances. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen televisions and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn and outdoor grills.

Shipwatch 307 also has it's own dedicated internet line for its guest convenience.

Very clean and conveniently located. The pool was amazing. Check in process was easy. The elevator and available luggage and grocery carts made getting all the things we brought and bought to our room with little effort. The walk to the beach is a little long but totally worth it. You’re close to many great restaurants and things to do.

Newbies

This was our first time to stay at St Simons while my son went to a conference in the area. We loved ShipWatch condominiums with the pool and access to the beach! I was relieved that there is an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor. Communication was easy via text and email!

Walk is deceptive

Condo was nice but the boardwalk doesn’t take you to the beach like the pictures appeared. Since it had been so rainy, we had to walk a decent way through standing marsh to get from the boardwalk to the beach.

Everything in Shipwatch 307 was just as it was listed! It was very clean and in a perfect location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway. The pool was used the most due to the weather being rainy, but that didn’t stop the fun that we had!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

Cozy condo

Everything was as expected. Pictures are accurate. Definitely a looooong walk to the beach, but it was good exercise. I like the security that limits access to the pool from the street and from the beach.

The ocean was a great distance from boardwalk !! Lot deep sand to walk through having issue with my knee never got to water edge
