About this property

Redecorated in '24 ideally located by a canal w/ private courtyard and Fast WIFI

Ca'Dolce is located very close to St Mark's square (10min walk) and all of Venice's landmarks, but in a neighborhood still spared by tourism where you can still find Venetians and numerous proximity stores. The flat has been renovated in 2017 and redecorated in 2024. It is made of a living space on the ground floor with living kitchen and sitting room with a corner sofa, a small and modern shower room, 2 double bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with canal views and sporting either 2 single beds or a double bed, and a double bedroom on the first floor with views on a garden on one side and on our private courtyard on the other side, itself facing a typical Venetian canal. Ca' Dolce is ideally located close to Marco Polo airport (reachable in 15min by taxiboat or 40min by Alilaguna boat to Fdte Nove stop then 2 min walk) and Santa Lucia train station (in 15min via Vaporetto Line 1). Ca' Dolce benefits from very fast Internet thanks to fiber to the home WIFI, air conditioning, fully equipped and modern kitchen (Nespresso, induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer). We of course supply bedroom linen and towels. Come and enjoy the Venetian life!

The house is beautiful and in a quiet, convenient location. It was really fun watching the boats from the back patio. Rosanna Is wonderful and gave us great directions for the house and the surrounding area. The house is located close to a vaporetto stop and lots of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. We would love to stay again.

A great place away from all the crowds

Our stay here was great. The apartment was the perfect size. The courtyard was great to sit out and talk with a bottle of wine. It was close to everything but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions.

It is a very friendly place in a residential area that offers very good connections into the center as well as to the lagune. The appartment ist well equipped and very clean.The welcome was very warm and we were given very good recommendations for tours and restaurants. This property was fantastic. Very clean and secure. Beautiful canal views and we were able to take a water taxi straight from the train station to the property. Ca’ Dolce was excellent!

The property is exactly as described. Very comfy and very convenient. Seb and Rosanna were excellent to work with. Cannaregio is enough away from the touristy areas to be quiet and relaxing but still close enough that you can do everything you come to Venice to do!

Thanks for choosing our place for your stay in Venice. You should have mentioned to Rosanna your issue. If the underfloor heating is not enough for you, there is a reversible clim in every room allowing you to add some heating if and when you require it. We checked after your departure and this was working perfectly well during your stay and the remote control was available to you. So we are disappointed you didn't ask us... and that you marked down our rating for that reason.

Venice adventure

Great location close to all amenities within a 10-15 minute walk. Took a water taxi right to the apartment from the train station and then to the airport. Host provided great recommendations for dinner shopping the bonus wa the local wine shop where you can get litre jugs of local wine for 3-4 euros.

The apartment was great! Loved the courtyard area and it had all we needed. The dryer is 2 drying racks… I suggest you to put them out to dry during the day. The hospitality and organization of the host was excellent. The AC was nice and there are several appliances. We slept well on the beds and the shower was the largest one we experienced while in Italy. Our water taxi back to airport picked us up right on the back courtyard… very convenient! We would recommend and stay again if we come back to Venice! Thank you!
