Fitted kitchen, large living room with fireplaces and balconies including one with sea view.
2 bedrooms, one with double bed 160 x 200 and one with bunk beds. A sofa bed in the living room.

Cellar in the basement. Small common courtyard.

Très joli appartement. Décoration design, bien équipé. Avons passé un excellent séjour. Manque juste une cafetière à expresso pour les amateurs de café 😉

Appartement cosy et très bien situé

L’appartement est rénové avec beaucoup de goût, le mobilier est fonctionnel, la cuisine bien équipée. La situation au centre de Dinard permet de laisser la voiture et circuler à pied (commerces, marché, embarcadère pour St Malo…). On conserve l’adresse ;)

Logement idéal et charmant

Le logement est idéalement situé dans la ville, absolument tous les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied à moins de 5 minutes, et l’accès aux bords de mer et plages de Dinard également. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de gout, entre vintage et design moderne qui s’intègre harmonieusement en ajoutant charme et caractère à cet appartement ancien et douillet. On s’y sent très bien. Rien ne manque au niveau des équipements ou ustensiles et la literie est très bonne. Depuis les balcons aménagés de ce 2eme et dernier étage on aperçoit la mer et on profite jusqu’au coucher de soleil. Parfait pour y manger ou aperitiver! Une très belle adresse.

Un appartement très bien décoré, clair, spacieux et agréable, c'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne.

Appartement au dernier étage, disposant d'une très belle pièce à vivre, bien décorée, calme et propre. A deux minutes du centre ville.

Idéalement situé, propre, bien décoré, bien équipé (manque une penderie), bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Deux contraintes: trouver une place gratuite de parking et l'eau à éponger dans la salle de bain.

Bel appartement, très propre, très bien placé, joliment décoré...

Nous venons souvent passer le week-end à dinard, avec 3 enfants, l hôtel ne nous convient plus ( les chambres trop petites, et activités limitées pour les enfants , surtout pendant l hiver lorsqu'on ne peut pas rester longtemps dehors !) Depuis un moment on opte plutôt pour les locations de vacances !et la on trouvé une très bonne adresse 👍 Emplacement 👍 Équipement ( pour grand et petits)👍 Propriété 👍 Gentillesse et réactivité des propriétaires 👍
