Beautiful ocean views greet you upon entering this 3rd floor unit at Lae Nani. Recently renovated with a fresh and light decor and new laminate floors in May 2025! This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit with comfy King Sized Bed has a lanai out front to enjoy that oceanview during a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Laundry room downstairs for all units to use. New patio furniture coming in June.

Near Lae Nani you'll find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Award winning Hukilau Lanai is an easy stroll away for dinner, cocktails and live music. The ever popular Lava Lava Beach Club is just a few steps away for breakfast or cocktails with your feet in the sand.

Coconut Plantation Marketplace offers shopping at boutique shops or picking up groceries for meal prep. Enjoy the close proximity to a coastal pedestrian path which meanders along the coastline for beautiful ocean side strolls.

Lae Nani has a great lawn for guests to enjoy alongside its heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a small, under utilized beach fronting the complex. Enjoy the exquisite landscaping that Lae Nani ground crew provide.

The bed was horrible. Many of the dishes were not clean. And the tv needs 3 remotes to make it work and the tvs are so small. The one tv is in the dining room so if you are sitting on the couch you can hardly see it. We were there during the Olympics and it rained a lot so we wanted to watch tv but it wasn’t enjoyable. The place was nice the but that bed was just impossible we left a day early.

Two weeks was barely enough time to soak in the beauty of this property! The unit was nicely appointed in all areas from the gourmet kitchen stocked with all of the necessary tools to the comfy bed and couches, immaculate bathrooms and rocking chaise lounges on the lanai. The host was responsive to any of our inquiries . Our only regret is that we didn't stay for a month!

Our host was very welcoming, she contacted me when the condo was ready for check in. Unfortunately we would not rent this unit again because the bathroom sinks were very low, and the bathrooms in general need updating.

Perfect Getaway

This spot was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was clean and large. We enjoyed the pool every day. The ocean is right outside and was great for tide pooling at low tide. It is also walking distance to a small market.

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary it was perfect! I loved hearing the beach and waves all day long. It’s beautiful, clean has everything you need even some beach stuff. Place is pretty quiet there’s a restaurant you can walk to it’s on the beach looks really fun . We can’t wait to bring our kids with next time. Definitely would stay here again We loved it!

Loved the location, the property. The only reason we would not stay here again is for the lack of AC in the units. It’s just too hot and makes sleeping difficult.
