Nantucket Cottage 11 B Downstairs unit - Has been tastefully decorated with a beachy décor and is managed by the owner.

This fine second floor unit has a crisp, fresh upgraded feel with vibrantly accented décor and tasteful sea life artistic touches. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony off of the living room. The living room is beautifully decorated with a good quality sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV, high-end Pergo style flooring, a teal occasional chair, and very nice distressed look shadow box coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers upgraded counters, and full size appliances. The dining table seats six and has a custom painted shabby chic look. The master bedroom has nice queen bed, fabulous blue and white designer bedding, a flat screen TV, and nicely done shabby chic furnishings. The two twin bunk beds are built in and offer crisp teal bedding, reading lamps, and fun fish accent pillows. There is one bathroom that has been nicely upgraded with a custom shower, upgraded lighting, and custom counters. This unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. There is a centrally located coin operated laundry room also for your convenience.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The pictures don’t do this cottage justice. It was bright, clean and very comfortable. We loved the fact that the patio opened up onto a small green space that was perfect for having coffee in the morning. There are upstairs neighbors that share an entry space and they can be heard coming and going, but they were courteous and it wasn’t a problem. It was a short, easy walk to the public beach access and a short drive to great restaurants and the grocery store.

Enjoyed our short stay

Everything was clean. The owner was easy to get ahold of and we got to check in a little early since we arrived earlier than expected. Close to the beach, only a short walk to the public entrance, so that made it easier. I would suggest a wagon to load up and take everything you need for the beach. The only part we didn't like was the upstairs tenant's did not consider there were people below them. They were very loud and stomped when they walked. But a little noise is to be expected when you're on the bottom floor, but they made it a bit too excessive. That is our only complaint. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, had a pull out couch as well so all my kids got their own bed. We really enjoyed it for our short stay. Would definitely recommend staying and we'd love to come back!
