This penty of character, completely renovated, with garden of 300 m2 and location for two cars, is located in the small village of Kergolleec 2 km from the beaches (the Palue, Goulien, Morgat) and many hiking and GR34 departures.

(Possibility of a second Penty next door for 4 adults-1 children if you are more numerous)

Description: floor; 2 bedrooms (2x2 beds 80x200) each with a wardrobe and storage chest, and cupboard on landing.
on the ground floor; large living room (sofa bed 140x190) and kitchen dishwasher, bathroom (shower) with washing machine and separate toilet.
Equipment: Fridge / freezer-oven-micro / waves-plates induction-dishwasher-washing machine-table and iron-vacuum cleaner-coffee maker-toaster-hair dryer-WIFI-DVD-radio CD player.
Sheets and towels not provided (possibility renting on the spot).

The house is quietly located in a tiny village less than 5 minutes from Morgat. We really liked the house and the garden. Many beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car and shopping is less than 10 minutes away in Crozon, where there are various supermarkets. Unfortunately, there is a small problem with the sewage in the bathroom and in the toilet and as soon as you close the window in the bathroom, it smells unbearably from the drainpipes. This wasn't such a problem when the weather was nice, but when the weather was bad it was a bit uncomfortable with the window open. The landlords and Agnés from the agency were very nice and helpful.

Penty très fonctionnel, les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Accueillis par Agnès, très très sympathique, qui tient par ailleurs un restaurant a Morgat qui vaut le détour "Cantine & Canons". Emplacement idéal sur la Presqu'île entre les plages du Goulien côté océan et Morgat côté baie de Douarnenez. Il est absolument nécessaire d'être équipé de Topocartes pour la rando...

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce joli "Penty" parfaitement équipée pour un séjour de 2 couples. Situé bien central pour découvrir la presqu'ile de Crozon et proche de Morgat ou on trouve tous les commerces essentielles.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet, alles scheint recht neu zu sein und eigens dafür angeschafft, auch die Betten sind hervorragend. Sauber bis in den letzten Winkel! Es hat einen sehr hübschen, gepflegten Garten, in dem man gerne Zeit verbringt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler, zurückgelegen an einer wenig befahrenen, nur für Anwohner erlaubten Straße. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war vollkommen problemlos. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Beaucoup de calme, proche de tout (excursions, restaurants, commerces alimentaires). Plages et randonnées très proches (y aller en voiture cependant). Maison très fonctionnelle, rénovée avec qualité. Petit gîte sympa pour explorer la région. Fidèle à l annonce, mais un peu sombre de par son orientation. Jardin par contre très sympa. Nous avons passé une belle semaine sous le soleil.

Situation idéale pour explorer la presqu'ile en rando, en footing, à vélo... Hameau à qqs encablures de morgat et crozon, accès aisé pour toute commodités ; plages à 5' pour le surf... Le soleil etait au RV, ce qui ne gâche rien pour profiter du jardin
