Fisherman's cottage with patio and enclosed garden , Free Wifi

This is a Penty (traditional fisherman's house), rated 3 stars, furnished with care in the marine spirit. It has a patio leading to an enclosed garden, full of flowers, which gives it an incomparable charm and a much appreciated tranquillity.

On the ground floor is the living room (the fireplace is closed off), the open-plan kitchen and the bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people (2 single beds 140/190). There is a private parking space behind the house. A bay is 50 metres away and beaches are between 2 and 10 kilometres away.

The main room has 3 gentle heat radiators to keep the house cosy in winter.

A TNT decoder allows you to receive French and German channels.

Wifi access is unlimited.

In addition to the rent, the following charges will be billed:

A little gem

We had a wonderful stay in Rostellec. This cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for our two-week holiday in Brittany. It was great to have a washing machine, a full oven and a microwave, none of which are a given in holiday cottages in this price bracket. A big plus is the garden which was not only great for drying our washing but also became our dining room for most of the time we were there. We arrived with two cars, but there was sufficient parking space for both of them next to the cottage. The cottage is a couple of minutes' walk from the beach (pebbles, no sand), a great place to watch the sun go down. The village of "Le Fret" with its own beach (with sand), a couple of nice bars and a great crĂȘperie is about 20 minutes' walk away. The closest supermarket is Leclerc in Crozon which is about 10 minutes' drive from the cottage. The beautiful resort of Morgat is about 15 minutes' drive from the cottage. If we were to criticise anything at all, it would be the bedrooms which each have only one small window and retain the heat at night. Thankfully, each room is equipped with a powerful fan. Although Virginie unfortunately couldn't be there to welcome us on our arrival, communication was good, and we knew that she would be available if any problems had arisen. She was there for our departure, though, and it was lovely to meet her and her dog Madison. We would definitely recommend Virginie's cottage.

Die DachschrĂ€ge ist sehr steil, daher können grĂ¶ĂŸere Menschen kaum stehen. Es ist jeweils ein kleines Fenster vorhanden, daher kaum BelĂŒftung im Schlafzimmer möglich. Das Haus roch sehr modrig, wahrscheinlich ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Die Couch ist sehr abgenutzt und hĂ€ngt in der Mitte bereits durch. Im Bad gibt es eine Hebeanlage(sehr laut), daher muss das benutzte Toilettenpapier in einem MĂŒlleimer gesammelt werden, fanden wir sehr unpraktisch.Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, außer einer SpĂŒlmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Bretangne, an unterschiedlichen Orten in Ferienwohnungen oder HĂ€usern, alle vergleichbaren Preis, dies war die schlechtste. Preis-leistungsverhĂ€ltnis passt nicht, dĂŒrfte mindestens Eindrittel weniger kosten.

Das Haus ist urig und individuell eingerichtet. Teilweise aber auch etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Die Lage ist einmalig schön, direkt am Wasser und total ruhig. Die oberen Zimmer sind leider dunkel und bei schönem Wetter etwas stickig. Alles in allem haben wir hier aber einen schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Gastgeberin war aufmerksam und jederzeit zu erreichen.

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir cette magnifique rĂ©gion. Pas sĂ»re qu’elle fasse les 50 m2 annoncĂ©s, dommage que le jardin ne soit pas mieux entretenu et le systĂšme Chromecast pour la tĂ©lĂ©vision n’est pas pratique Ă  utiliser.

Du charme mais froid et humide!

Le gĂźte pourrait ĂȘtre agrĂ©able si quelques travaux de restauration Ă©taient effectuĂ©s et notamment la rĂ©paration de la cheminĂ©e, et une couche de peinture pour rafraĂźchir l’ensemble.À cette Ă©poque, le gĂźte est trĂšs difficile Ă  chauffer et reste trĂšs humide. Il est nĂ©cessaire de mettre les petits radiateurs Ă©lectriques au maximum ( coĂ»t pour une semaine : 70 euros)

Wir waren total begeistert und entzĂŒckt. Die bietet schöne Orte zum Wandern, Baden und das Meer zu bewundern. Das Haus war super, hat alles was man braucht. Toller Garten, schönes Haus - aber auch Minuspunkte

Garten und Haus sind wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll hergerichtet, vor allem der Garten viel grĂ¶ĂŸer als man es erwartet. 3 klare Minuspunkte gibt es: Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils nur ein winziges Fensterchen, und die DachschrĂ€gen erfordern eine gute Beweglichkeit. Wer nachts frische Luft braucht, ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Dieser Punkt fehlt in der Beschreibung. Da man das Haus nur von vorne sieht, kann man auch nicht erkennen, dass es wirklich nur die 2 Fensterchen zur Strasse hin gibt. 2: Der sehr große Fernseher funktioniert nur mit Google Chromecast in Verbindung mit dem eigenen Handy + Google App. Wir haben es nicht geschafft auch nur einen französischen TV Sender auf die Mattscheibe zu bekommen. Absolut nicht Barrierefrei. 3. Im Haus sind 2 Überwachungskameras verbaut (im Wohnzimmer, an der Treppe vor dem Bad). Vermutlich Einbruchschutz. Die Kameras muß man aber erst einmal sehen, um sie abdecken zu können. Ob die GerĂ€te ein Mikrophon haben, haben wir nicht untersucht. Eine AufklĂ€rung zu den Kameras haben wir vermißt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Mail war gut, Sie versuchte auch die Inbetriebnahme des Fernsehers zu erklĂ€ren - leider ohne Erfolg. Gesehen haben wir Sie vor Ort nicht. Es wurde auch ein Foto des StromzĂ€hlers gewĂŒnscht - aber auf der Fewo-Direkt Seite kann man gar keine Fotos anhĂ€ngen, und eine andere email Adresse wollte Sie uns nicht schicken. Fazit: Wegen der sehr schlechten BelĂŒftung im Schlafzimmer wir hier nicht mehr mieten.

TrĂšs bien

Location trÚs bien située au calme avec un environnement incroyable. On peut tout les soirs observer le coucher de soleil. La maison est bien équipée, tout y est. Un livre presqu'ßle de Crozon disponible dans la location nous a permis de cibler nos destinations afin de ne rien rater sur ce magnifique site. Merci beaucoup, trÚs belles vacances

Als wÀre man Zuhause

Ein wundervolles kleines Haus mit super ausgestatteter KĂŒche und einer gemĂŒtlichen AtmosphĂ€re ! Lediglich das Bett war fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene etwas klein - aber vielleicht sind wir nur schon zu lange verheiratet um das zu schĂ€tzen ;-) Auch die Duschkabine ist ein bißchen eng gewesen, aber hier jammere ich auf hohem Niveau. Es war sauber und ruhig. Die Terrasse ist ein kleiner versteckter Traum, zum ist es 1 Minute zu Fuß - allerdings kein Badestrand. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. In max. 15 Autominuten kann man alles erreichen: StrĂ€nde, Restaurants, HĂ€fen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege,... Es war traumhaft und wenn wir gekonnt hĂ€tten, wĂ€ren wir fĂŒr immer geblieben !

Charmantes kleines HĂ€uschen

Sehr entspannt in ruhiger Lage, mit einem wunderschönen kleinen Garten und einem Ă€ußerst sympathischen, alten Besuchskater. Die KĂŒche war fĂŒr ein kleines FerienhĂ€uschen sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns im HĂ€uschen mit seiner Terrasse und auf Crozon insgesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Woche in Rostellec

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im April 2023 in diesem Haus. FĂŒr zwei Personen perfekt, Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus und der private Garten sind prima. Ausstattung sehr gut. Allerdings liegt Rostellec abseits, einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto, es ist kein BĂ€cker, Supermarkt oder Restaurant um die Ecke. Die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten auf/um Crozon sind aber gut zu erreichen.

8 jours sur la presqu’üle de Crozon

La procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e Ă©tait excellente . Catherine nous a trĂšs bien expliquĂ© la vie de cette petite maison agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle. Nous espĂ©rons que la cheminĂ©e sera rapidement rĂ©-Ă©quipĂ©e afin de rendre le salon encore plus cosy qu’il n’est dĂ©jĂ  et permettre une saison hivernale avec un chauffage plus confortable. Et puis
malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la cour et du jardin compte tenu de la saison ( mi novembre )mais ils avaient l’air trĂšs agrĂ©able. La situation de la maison en plein cƓur du petit bourg de Rostellec est stratĂ©giquement adĂ©quate pour ne pas avoir trop de voiture Ă  faire pour accĂ©der Ă  tout. Courses comme promenades . Nous sommes trĂšs contente de notre sĂ©jour.

Rostellec, ein schöner Ort um die Halbinsel Crozon zu erkunden.

Ein gemĂŒtliches ehemaliges FischerhĂ€uschen. Perfekt eingerichtet, netter Garten und Aussenbereich, absolut ruhig gelegen. Innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten sind die schönen PlĂ€tze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

TrĂšs satisfait

Accueil parfait, d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse. Petite maison parfaitement entretenue, meublĂ©e avec soin et goĂ»t. Tout fonctionne parfaitement: internet, douche,... seul souci, mais parfaitement mineur: le rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phonique. Mais ça c'est une question de rĂ©gion et non de ce charmant havre de paix. Beaucoup de possibilitĂ©s de dĂ©couvertes et de randonnĂ©es aux alentours. Je recommande cette petite maison trĂšs chaudement! Encore une fois pour la personne qui m'y a accueillie: un grand Merci!

Das HĂ€uchen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht dem was auf den Bilder gezeigt ist. Auf den Bildern ist ein großer offener Kamin abgebildet der aber leider nicht zu benutzen war - das Kamin war mit einer Plane abgedeckt. In der Beschreibung hĂ€tte man darauf hinweisen können, dass der Kamin nicht zu benutzen ist - es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass er in der Beschreibung nicht erwĂ€hnt ist - so kann man es natĂŒrlich auch hindrehen. Der Warmwassebeuler in einem der Schlafzimmer war undicht. Das Tropfwasser wurde in einem Backblech!! aufgefangen. Nach 2 Tagen tropfte das Wasser dann in die KĂŒche. Ein beauftragter Klemptner kam - ohne Ergebis.Das Abwassersystem sollte ĂŒber eine Hebeanlage funktionieren - diese war undicht und so hatten wir reichlich Wasser auf dem Badezimmerboden. Die ToilettenspĂŒlung lief immer wieder nach und war nur mit viel FingespitzengefĂŒhl zu stoppen. Waschbecken im Bad und KĂŒche waren verstopft. Die Hausbesitzerin war vor Ort und wir einigten uns auf nicht Erstattung von Wasser und Strom. Ich hoffe, dass das HĂ€uschen bei FeWo so lange nicht mehr angeboten wird bis die oben aufgefĂŒhrten MĂ€ngel behoben sind.

Authenticité, simplicité, calme

A l'écart des stations balnéaires, cette location est faite pour les personnes aimant la simplicité et l'authentique. TrÚs bien équipée, elle est plutÎt adaptée pour deux adultes et deux enfants.
