Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: open parking in complex for 1 car. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 606 is located in Building 6 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Fabulous Villa

The properties around Mauna Lauri are stunning and I felt like the Fairways Villas measure up in every way. Our unit was clean, comfortable and secluded with a great views of one of the holes on the golf course. Everything about the Villa felt high-end. Check-in was easy, checkout was easy.. Very well done.

Quiet Paradise

Property was better than advertised. Communication was fast and easy. Property manager was very accommodating. The residence was clean and comfortable. We grilled steaks on the lanai and cooked breakfast inside most days. The property was quiet and enjoyable, our visit fell within the busy tourist season but the neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Mauna Lani Fairways

This property offers great outdoor space and view of the golf course. Property was clean but the carpets need cleaning and a new knife set is required. Pool area is beautiful which is one of the main reasons we stay at this location. Hoping to find another unit that is cared for a little more.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen cutlery, dishes etc. Also the Fairways resort itself was great.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Unit exceeded our expectations on all fronts! Very spacious and the high ceilings make it feel even larger. Very private corner location which was great for enjoying the outdoor dining area where we ate all our meals during our stay.

Great stay in paradise

We've been to the big island many times and we really enjoy staying at the Fairways. This was our first time at this particular property this unit was fantastic. Very clean and quiet with a well equipped kitchen and a large patio area downstairs. Access to the beach club is a huge plus, great swimming and snorkeling with a nice restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

So nice to be in Mauna Lani again :) The house and decor were wonderful and clean. The jets in the jacuzzi bathtub weren't working, but that didn't bother us.

This is our 2nd year in this particular unit. It’s wonderful, quiet, private and comfortable. This year we rented a second unit also for our son and his family. We’re hoping to make this an annual family event!

Loved this property. It’s such a beautiful, private setting. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic. The only minor suggestion I have is have a starter packet of coffee for the coffee pot for the first morning. We’re hoping to return again next year!

Nice Condo and neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was a new neighborhood for us and we’re not sure what to expect. The condo is in great shape, well equipped and clean. The development is well manicured and close to a very nice quite snorkel beach. I do recommend this unit and neighborhood.

Stay at Fairways 606

Unit was very comfortable with a beautiful private Lanai. We weren’t aware the Beach Club was at least a 40 minute walk away. We drive most days of our stay and it was about a 7-10 minute drive. But there is a nice pool and hot tub within the complex that we also enjoyed.

Overall positive. Good location, nice pool area and fairly quiet compared to other properties in the area we have stayed. Unit has a nice layout and well supplied. Biggest downside is furniture. Old and very uncomfortable.

Beautiful Getaway

We really enjoyed our week at Fairways at Mauna Lani 606. The unit was clean, spacious, well-appointed and well-located, with considerable privacy from adjoining/nearby units. We enjoyed using the pool and strolling around Mauna Lani, and groceries were available just down the street. All of the attractions of the Kohala Coast are within a short drive. On-site management staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return!

Good vacation home

Great house, very comfortable. Everything worked well. Only issue was that you are kind of isolated from a walkability perspective, and you really need to drive to get anywhere interesting (like A-Bay). The Mauna Lani beach club was not as cool as many of the other free beaches in the area. We had little kids (2 and under), and we found it difficult as the place was not particularly babyproofed. But again, the house was wonderful. Just challenging with kids.

Beautiful, quiet stay.

Great quiet location. Beautiful view of hole #4. Had all the amenities we needed. Including beach items ( chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). The only thing I would say is add blinds to the sliding doors especially to the master bedroom. (Sun rises at 5:30/6:00AM and we were up with the sun). Also need a few more beach towels as we found ourselves doing laundry every night in order to have clean beach/pool towels. Would highly recommend this listing.

Perfect Family Condo

We had a great time staying at this condo, our second trip to Mauna Lani Fairways in less than a year. The beach as always is amazing - we were able to have shade for our kids and enjoy the calm waters and snorkeling! The condo itself was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. The only two minor suggestions for improvement would be to have some better equipment for cleaning the BBQ grill as it is a very sticky grate that got messy, and that the AC units from this property and the neighbors were very loud, making it hard to sit out on the patio and enjoy the peace and quiet when both were running. Those two things are very minor and outweighed by the well appointed condo, amazing beach, nearly empty and pristine pool/jacuzzi, and perfect location on the Kohala coast. We would 100% recommend staying at this property to our friends and family and we will certainly be back! Thanks!

Not good!

The carpet was filthy. The couch was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to sit on and also dirty. The master bedroom had no window shades so it made it uncomfortable to undress at night as people could see in. The TV’s were not smart TV’s and cumbersome to use (no streaming) There were signs posted all throughout the place with rules on what and what not to do? including one for the AC to not set it below 74% . The location was nice and the access to the beach club was probably the highlight. Sorry but no, would NOT stay there again.
