Discover the charm of a stone house isolated from view and yet in the heart of a typical Languedoc village just 10 minutes from the heart of Montpellier and 20 minutes from the beaches. The property consists of a main building of around 190m2 and a small independent house of 50m2 in the garden. A kitchen and a summer lounge welcome you outside as well as an air-conditioned orangery. The house is walled so not overlooked, and the swimming pool, renovated in spring 2018, is completely secure for children

Mas with old charm with upscale contemporary renovation. The main house offers a bright kitchen and living area as well as 3 bedrooms and a master suite tastefully decorated.
The cozy mazet, 50 m2, located in the park, will be ideal for the family who wishes to maintain their independence. But above all the heart of the property beats during the beautiful days around a summer area of the most pleasant and charming including an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, plancha, ...) and an outdoor lounge, a bathroom. summer with shower and wc as well as an air-conditioned orangery, ideal for relaxation in the heart of summer or to cool off on hot summer days.

Travelers access
During the summer period, the entire property is dedicated to you with the main body and the "mazet" of 50m2, as well as the annexes, (laundry room, summer bathroom, orangery and outdoor spaces).

The village of Vendargues is located just 10 km east of Montpellier. The village center and its shops are located a few hundred meters away (bakery, butcher, grocery, florist, brewery, tobacco ...) The village is 10 mins from the historic center of Montpellier and about 20 mins from the beaches (Carnon, La Grande Motte)

Hot in Vendargues!

Very comfortable house, great outside kitchen/sitting room and pool space. The little house in the garden is very convenient. Very well equipped and the air con is excellent. Great family house.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et bien localisée.

La maison est très agréable à vivre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est bien équipée même si quelques éléments dysfonctionnent. La cuisine et la salle à manger d'été sont très agréables. Sa localisation, à proximité de Montpellier et des plages, est un plus très appréciable. Le seul regret est que la location n'inclut pas la fourniture des draps. La possibilité de les louer en plus n'a en outre pas été clairement indiquée sur le site.
