Beautiful old family house - 5 bedrooms, sleeps 12. - close to beaches and shops

Beautiful house captain (19th century) in the heart of the Ile aux Moines. 200 m2 on 3 floors with:
- Ground floor: a large living-dining room with open kitchen and shower room
- 1st floor: bedroom with double bed, a room with four bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom
- 2nd floor: a double room with views of the Gulf (Arz island), one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The garden is south facing and sheltered from the wind by large stone walls. A small stone house and many old walls add to the charm of the garden.

The house was recently renovated and is in very good condition. It is equipped with WIFI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iPod dock, many books and games.

Located opposite the historic site of Henge in the heart of the Ile aux Moines, close to beaches (500m), the village (1km), the only supermarket on the island (200m), the coastal path (200m ) and port (1.5 km)

Perfect family vacation house

Great spot to enjoy Ile aux Moines for days or weeks. The beautifully updated house is situated just outside of the main bourg - close to shopping and a short walk to several beaches. The house handles multi-generational vacation stays easily with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is open, light-filled and fully equipped with all needed appliances and kitchenware. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms are modern. Laundry works well. Nice open layout on main level. Terrace with large table and barbecue works well for apero and for dinner. We had 5 bicycles and a remorque that we stored easily. The home is attractively decorated. The owners were very responsive to our inquiry and provided a thorough tour of the property.

Des Suisses en Bretagne!

Quel plaisir de pouvoir profiter de cette splendide maison idealement située au coeur de l'île! Cours de voile sur la grand plage, superette et promenades au bourg ou sur la côte... tout le charme de l'Île se decouvre à pied depuis ce camp de base idéal, avant de profiter des rayons de fin de journée sur la grande terrasse. Nous reviendrons!

J’ai loué cette maison pour mes grands-parents et leurs enfants. Ils ont passés un excellent week-end. La maison est très spacieuse pour un grand groupe et très agréable. Ségolène a beaucoup facilité la communication avec mes grands-parents ainsi que Monsieur Denis qui est allé les chercher au port.

Parenthèse dépaysante.

Nous cherchions une location pour faire vivre à nos enfants une parenthèse d'aventuriers sur une île. Nous y sommes allés pendant le we du 30-31 décembre. L'île au moines est paisible, dépaysante et sauvage. La maison de famille de Segolene nous a beaucoup plu, accueillante chaleureuse, pratique et charmante. Salles de bain a tous les étages et propres. On s'y sent bien! La communication avec Segolene a été facile grâce à son écoute et a sa réactivité. Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances bretonnes en famille.

La maison "de caractère" a été appréciée par toute la famille. Nous avons trouvé toutes les informations indiquées par l'annonce. Livres et jeux pour tous les âges sont à notre disposition. La carriole appréciée pour le transport des jeunes enfants ou les courses. Ne pas se charger pour la traversée car les commerces ne sont pas loin À recommander pour un sympathique séjour familiale

Belle maison, bon accueil

Sejour très agréable dans cette belle maison, bien équipée et adaptée à un séjour familial. Les activités sur l'ile sont variées quel que soit la météo : promenade, plage, vélo.... L'équipement de la maison gagnerait à être valorisé sur le site, car les grands et les petits profitent des jeux et des livres...pas besoin de se charger pour la traversée !

Un sejour parfait!

Description et localisation bien identifiée. Au coeur de l'ile, proche du centre et point de départ de nombreuses ballades à pied. Maison superbe très bien agencée, très belles chambres avec vue sur le golf. Un acceuil parfait à l'arrivée sur place, maison ouverte et chauffée à l'avance. Un séjour 20/20
