On a passé des bonnes vacances pour un bon prix, on disposé de deux piscine une hamam et un sauna qui était très bien pour se détendre en plus de la plage qui était à 3min à pied. Le seul soucis c’est que là télé était vraiment très petite et qu’il n’y avait pas de wifi. Sinon c’était agréable ! Merci :)

Appartement agréable, bien entretenu, 2 vraies chambres, une grande pièce à vivre, et une petite terrasse où l'on peut déjeuner ou diner (il manque juste une lumière). Seul bémol l'appartement étant au RDC et n'ayant pas de protections aux fenêtres on doit tout fermer à la moindre sortie.

Appartement situé dans une résidence très calme, dans un cadre très agréable - jardin très bien entretenu - à 1 minute de la mer (plage de sable). Rien ne manque dans l'appartement pour y passer un bon séjour. Il est bien entretenu. Il a en plus l'avantage de se trouver à 10 minutes de la gare en autobus. J'y avais déjà séjourné il y a quelques années avec le même plaisir. La présence des piscines est un atout supplémentaire surtout quand la mer si proche est froide! Je la recommanderai sans problème à des amis qui chercheraient à se loger dans cette région.

Appartement spacieux et calme, avec une jolie terrasse et à proximité de Cannes et de La Bocca. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. La piscine intérieure est parfaite s'il ne fait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine extérieure. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour accéder à la plage. Nous avons été agréablement surpris d'un super restaurant qualité-prix (à Valbonne)que la propriétaire nous avait conseillée.

Agréable résidence

L'appartement est très agréable et bien situé à Cannes. A deux pas de la plage, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, le tout avec un parking accessible, ceci est bien pratique, qu'on veuille se déplacer à pied ou en voiture. La résidence bénéficie d'un beau jardin bien entretenu (gare aux bruits de machines la journée) et de belles piscines. Le tout est un peu désuet mais fonctionnel. La petite terrasse en partie couverte et donnant sur le jardin est agréable par tous les temps.

Il s'agit d'un appartement commode et large

L'appartement n'est pas un appartement de vacances habituel, car la propriétaire s'en sert de temps en temps elle-même. C'est la raison pourquoi l'appartement a recu une note personnelle avec plusieurs objets privés. Nous nous y sommes sentis à l'aise et avons profité de bons conseils de la propriétaire en ce qui concerne la visite de musées et locations culturelles - et pas oublier les beaux restaurants.

Petit séjour très agréable dans cet appartement spacieux, calme et ensoleillé, où l'on peut prendre ses repas sur la terrasse. Le parc est très beau, fleuri et bien entretenu. J'ai apprécié aussi, après une journée de campagne, de pouvoir sauter dans l'ascenseur pour aller se délasser dans la piscine chauffée. Je recommande cette location en toutes saisons.
