Spacious, clean and comfortable. Very well stocked as far as dishes, spices, etc. go. Good access to the freeway. Nicely decorated and appliances are high-end. Would stay here again. Communication with host was excellent and instructions for departure were reasonable.

The property was ideal for our group of 5. It was spacious, clean, fully equipped and close to all amenities. There was also private parking. The hosts communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. The description is extremely accurate. It is very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Parking was easy with two available spots. Communication with the host was easy and responses were fast. I highly recommend this home.

This place was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room for extra people, if needed. The sun deck is an amazing spot to hang out any time of day, but especially at sunset! The kitchen had everything we needed, and was well-marked so we didn't have to guess. We were walking distance to a store and restaurant, and about a mile, easy walk, from the beach and downtown Encinitas. We visit here often, and I'm hopeful to never have to book another property, and hope this can be our go-to whenever we return!

Excellent place!

Perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding weekend. Great location with easy access to everything…..beach, downtown, trails for walking/running. Clean and kitchen well-stocked. Lovely views and patio too! Would recommend and definitely hoping to return!

Nice stay, front room has a lovely picture window, lots of windows so breezes cool off the house nicely. To note, there is a long staircase going up to second floor unit and there is someone below you. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family get away

The place is a great location and views. Held an impromptu family get together after my father-in-laws service. The space was outstanding. The owner, Joe, was responsive and timely. Would stay here again!
