Nine miles from echo ski resort my home sits at 8,416ft in elevation. It really is a home away from home. It's surrounded by tons of wildlife, and is minutes away from some of the most scenic hiking trails Colorado has to offer. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from I-70 and Evergreen Parkway, 20 minutes from Idaho Springs, 45 minutes from Loveland Ski Resort, 30 minutes from Denver, 15 minutes to Red Rocks, and 55 minutes from Denver International Airport.

Beautiful area!

The house and area is beautiful, and perfect for a girls weekend away. The hot tub was a net add, and it was relaxing to enjoy in the gorgeous mountain scenery.

Perfect mountain getaway

We had a wonderful stay! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary together here with friends . Perfect spot for staying if attending a concert at Red Rocks. Everything was as described 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nice place for our wedding getaway

Daughter got married at Chief Hosa. This was a good location with a beautiful view. It was roomy enough for the four people who stayed overnight and it was comfortable for our stay.

We will be back!

This property was centrally located to Red Rocks, and that was our destination. We have stayed many places, and this was the best stocked place we’ve been so far. The views were amazing, especially when the mist was rising in the morning. After camping and hiking, echo’s hot tub and sauna made it unique and welcoming!

Great getaway!

Wonderful cabin with lots of fun for both kids and adults with the video games, hot tub, sauna and great deck space for congregating outside. The hosts have very generously provided condiments, spices, and various other common food items with a welcome to use them. Three bathrooms make it easy for a large family to stay. Thanks for a great weekend!

Good Location/House

The location is great since it's in the middle of the mountains, close to Echo Mountain, Evergreen and Idaho Springs. Plenty of beds with arcades, hot tub and sauna. It's rustic with a few minor details such as no electrical outlet covers but a comfortable stay in a great location. However, please be aware of potential upcharges if you have more guests than listed.

Quick mountain getaway

The hot tub did not seem to work nor could we get the lights on the deck to work. The house contains alot if remotes that so not work. Some of the remotes had not batteries? Light bulbs inside burned out just didnt feel like this great house gets the tlc it needs. Hazard on the steps from deck to grill! Water drips from gazebo on the deck to the steps and freezes! We enjoyed our stay but will not be back. I did not try to communicate with property just wanted to be with my family not deal with maintenance issues

Great place ! Beautiful backyard with a lot of space for our dog to run , it was great to relax in the jacuzzy after our hiking , town only 10 min. Drive , easy to park ,and the house very comfortable with everything you need .

We had a wonderful time here! Loved the hot tub and sauna! We stopped at the grocery store on our way in and didn’t realize how much food was left. If staying here note there could be multiple coffees, butter, some condiments, etc. possibly check in then go to the store. One thing we didn’t plan was to have ziplock bags or Tupperware to put leftovers in. If you plan to have a fire check with host to have enough propane we ran out the second night. It is a beautiful place to stay and comfortably slept 6!

This property met all of our needs. Very accommodating. We couldn’t get the hot tub going but that’s probably on us. Enjoyed the sauna and relaxing outside and drinking our coffee on the patio. Short drive into Evergreen, a lot to do there. Went to a concert at Red Rocks about 25 min away. Also drive back to Echo Lake. Beautiful area!

We had a great experience at our rental! But, I will look into other rental companies in the future. This home had room for seven people - we had four and were charged for two extra people. I think that's ridiculous and know of other companies that do not charge like this so will do some checking before making a reservation next time. Thank you.

Excellent Place!

The Echo was a GREAT choice for us. Clean, comfortable, and very convenient to Red Rocks. Short drive to stores and restaurants, close to cute Evergreen and really nice hikes. We were six people and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Really enjoyed the back porch and hot tub! Thanks, Jason!

Everything was there if you needed it and the comfort and views were amazing! So close to red rocks and so much more! The sauna was a pleasant surprise! Very quiet location.We will definitely be booking here again when we come back to Colorado and telling our friends and family!!!

Rustic

Although we had a nice stay, it was quiet and clean - the pictures of the yard were misleading - it is overgrown with thistles and weeds. We didn’t use the hot tub but it did look/smell clean. Deck area was rustic but we couldn’t find how to turn on the outside lights. There were lots of kitchen pans but most were on their last leg.

Great mountain retreat

We enjoyed our weekend very much. We were happy to be at a higher elevation with the cooler temperatures and enjoyed the hot tub in the beautiful surroundings. The drive to Red Rocks was easy. The fenced yard was fantastic for the dogs.
