Designer quality furniture throughout the entire house, Sealy Posturpedic mattresses. New kitchen appliances with dishes, kitchenware, and luxury accessories in fully stocked kitchen (Vitamix , Cuisinart, coffee maker, Cangshan knives, and full range of cookware/bakeware). Open and bright first floor with 65" 4K UHD TV and Sonos sound system in first floor living room. Formal dining room with table seating 8. Third floor TV and game room with plenty of space to relax or entertain (also perfect for kids). Front and side porch with seating, lighting, and fans perfect for summer evenings. Back patio and pool area has high end outdoor furniture including dining table for 8, lounge area with couch and coffee tables, swivel chairs, 4 chaise lounges for poolside relaxation, and an outdoor shower. Half a mile walk to Eastern Shores private association beach, one mile walk to hidden gem 67 Steps Beach, just over one mile to Greenport Village center with dining, shops, carousel, and ferry.
