Welcome to Bryce Vistas Vacation Apartment, we are located on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park, in the beautiful town of Tropic, Utah.

Our Vacation Rental Apartment is immersed by the surrounding landscapes, where it provides a secluded getaway, but is close enough to Parks, Hikes, Restaurants and shopping.

The beauty of this area is not only its red rock colors, hoodoos, and arches, but being on the cusp of high mountain lakes, and pine forests. It's where the deserts & mountains converge, and it's one of the most spectacular places on earth.

Let yourselves feel free to explore, and experience this unforgettable part of the world.

THE APARTMENT

This spacious 700 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make your own meals (except the food of course - some basic spices, oil, etc. are included) with seating and place settings for four. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath (tub/shower).
There are two twin-sized beds in the living area. In addition, the living room is furnished with sofa, arm chair and 40' Smart TV. Free WIFI

THE LOCATION

Bryce Vistas is a secluded retreat, away from the busy tourist areas, yet just 1.6 miles to Tropic and only 10 minutes to Bryce Canyon. This property is centrally located to many State and National Parks: Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, Grand Staircase, Dixie National Forest and just a little further to Zion National Park, Boulder Mountain and Capitol Reef. You could easily stay here for a week without running out of places to go and things to do. The stars are especially gorgeous out here away from the lights.

This is a super cute place that is perfect for a family visiting Bryce NP and the surrounding area. The location is super convenient and honestly we were really happy to stay near Tropic vs Bryce city, it has a more relaxed feel and is only 10 minutes from the park.Jennifer and Michel are both super kind and helpful and made our stay an absolute joy. I would absolutely stay again!

The hostess greeted us in the drive to confirm we arrived at the correct location since our arrival was after dark. Very quiet area for sleeping in the comfortable beds. apartment is well stocked. Close to Bryce National Park and Kodachrome State park. Clark’s Country Market, Grocery store in Tropic, seemed well stocked. We purchased the items we needed for our stay from there.

This is a perfect place to stay! It is close to Bryce National Park, Escalante National Monument and Kodachrome State Park. Michael met us when we arrived to go over everything. He and Jennifer were always prompt in communicating with us. The rental was very clean and they provided EVERYTHING you could possibly want; laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a drying rack; body wash, shampoo, conditioner, even makeup removal towelettes! The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dish soap and a clean new sponge for washing dishes with. There were all kinds of coffee and tea Keurig pods as well as packets of hot chocolate and all kinds of sugar/sugar substitutes and creamers. They also had a book with local places to eat with menus and information about nearby nature places and hikes. I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at the feeder and listening to the nearby cows! I felt at home and very comfortable here. If I ever wanted to start a rental, I would ask Michael and Jennifer for advice!!
