Peaceful homely stay

We enjoyed two peaceful nights in this lovely homely eco friendly house, which is full of personal touches, including farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Sitting in the garden on the swing seat was a relaxing delight.

Great stay in a cute town

This house was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5 Utahns and 3 of our British cousins. We wanted a place where we could all stay together which was close to the beauties of southern Utah. We were able to all stay together in a house with sufficient beds, a big table where we could eat our meals and do some laundry! We were able to travel to Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin and Capitol Reef with ease. It was perfect!

Bryce Canyon Mule Days

Our stay every year at this location is excellent. It's a nice home in a small nice community. The home fits our big group nicely. We did leave some items in the house and tried calling and texting the host with no luck. We reached out multiple times hoping we could pay them for their time and postage to send the items to us. They never replied. They reached out to us really late one evening asking if it was okay to continue with a construction project in front of the house the following day. We were completely fine with it but for some reason we can not get them to reply to us unfortunately about getting our items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. There were fresh eggs in the fridge upon our arrival and the host very nicely loaned us her crockpot to use during our stay. The location was very convenient and of course the distant mountain views were gorgeous! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay!

House was very clean, accommodating and perfect location close to Bryce (10 min drive). Short walk to coffee shop and restaurants, its a very small, safe town. Attentive owner!

This was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the back yard in the evenings. Had plenty of space for our family.Appreciated all the little things, garbage sacks, paper towels, napkins, basic spices, soap for dishwasher, and fresh eggs. The location allowed us to do activities in multiple different directions. We would book again when we are back in the area.

What a great home away from home!! Everything you hope for in a rental - super duper clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable, all the amenities, spacious backyard, and an exceptionally attentive host! Not to mention, location, location, location! So convenient to Bryce Canyon and Escalante/Grand Staircase hiking trails. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay for Bryce

A perfect place to stay for visiting Bryce Canyon. House was very clean, lots of stuff in the kitchen, and great beds. The location is great. Just a few minutes from Bryce and Kodachrome Parks. Topic is a nice little town that is nice to get away from the crowds in Bryce.

Sibbling Vacation

We loved this home and it was large enough to accommodate all 8 of us very comfortably. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard and exploring local attractions. The home and the local grocery store had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the host and the special little touches she added! She was very helpful during the whole process and stay. We would definitely do this again as well as refer others!
