logement propre.Très bonne literie.Climatisation.Bien placé,a proximité du centre ville à pieds, tout en étant au calme.Hôte sympathique et disponible . Accessible en train puis bus. Il manque un grille pain.Pas de terrasse avec vue sur mer.Un petit balcon avec vue sur mer,dans le petit salon ,en commun avec les 5 appartements.Pendant la fête de la st louis, renseignements auparavant pour les bus ,car ils sont déviés.WiFi,pas au top ( du à la fête).

Le logement n'avait pas vue sur mer contrairement à ce que laissait supposer l'annonce, le réseau wi fi était de piètre qualité mais s'est amélioré pendant le séjour avec l'installation de la fibre optique.Pour le reste c'était parfait.

une vue magique dans un petit nid douillet

Appartement confortable .Le salon à disposition sur l'étage offre une vue magnifique sur Séte . que vous dominez. La propriétaire est adorable, toute en disponibilité et en accueil chaleureux. Tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité. Une excellente adresse à recommander.

Anne Marie est très sympa, l'appartement était climatisé ce qui était confortable, même si l'appartement n'était pas très grand cela suffisait pour un couple. De plus, il est bien situé à 10 min à pied du centre ville et à 15 min à pied des plages.

Excellente adresse

Petit immeuble très bien entretenu. Vue imprenable sur le port et la mer. Quartier populaire et artistes. Sans oublier la propriétaire Anne Marie, extrèmement sympathique, elle se marre tout le temps, et oui ! Ici les gens sont gais.

Promesse tenue!

La maison est agréable, le logement confortable. La situation est idéale, quartier calme, à deux pas du centre et du canal royal, proche du musée Paul Valéry et du cimetière marin, idéal pour le festival voix vives méditerranéennes dont tous les sites sont à proximité. Et la propriétaire, Madame Carriou, est chaleureuse et sympathique.

location très intéressante

- appartement très bien situé à 5 mn à pied de l'hypocentre - très propre - accueil très très agréable de la propriétaire - détails que l'on trouve rarement : les premiers petits déjeuners et des aliments de dépannage du premier soir et ... les gâteaux spécialités de Sète : les zézettes - nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter
