Our second stay at this ideal location to Beech Mountian resort. We walk to and from the resort to ski, tube, grab coffee at the coffee shop and dinner at the village. We appreciate dodging the traffic and parking chaos, especially during a busy holiday weekend. Thanks for another great stay!

The house overall was okay. There is no air-conditioning and it was hot. The window in one of the bedrooms is broken and will not stay up to allow the hot air to circulate through the house, We had to find something in the closet to hold window up. There is WAY to much furniture in both bedrooms to safely navigate in the rooms. No extra blankets when the weather finally changed and it got cold at night the last two nights of our stay. It would be nice if there was lounge chairs on the large deck on front of house instead of the cheap plastic chairs which is definitely not comfortable to do any reading a book in for any length of time.The house has great potential but lacks a few things. The couch is positioned weird for watching TV with it in front of the windows, so no air flow at all. There is plenty of plates, silverware but only 2 bowls. It really just needs TLC and updated and lose the rocking chairs in bedrooms. Not enough room for all the furniture the owner has in the bedrooms. The rocker/recliner didn't work half the time. It was nice to allow for our dog but there is a wasp nest in the ground in the front of the property and our dog was stung but ....owner was accessible as when we arrived there was no electricity and she found out why and in a couple of hours it was back on.

Our stay at the Legal Beech Bum Mountain cabin was the perfect little getaway for me and my wife. It was clean, cozy, and well furnished. Our favorite part was just sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee and watching the falling leaves.

We had a great ski trip at this cabin. The location is truly excellent—you can't beat being on the slopes in just 5 minutes. The cabin itself was a nice size for the three of us.A couple of notes for future guests: the kitchen could use a small update, and the bedding was quite basic; the synthetic sheets weren't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep after skiing. It would also be a great addition to have a grill outside for evenings in.But overall, the fantastic location really makes this place. For easy slope access, it's a very good choice.

Thank you...for your input. Coming with more sheets. Honestly, there were so many additionsl sheets in the drawers on the bottom of the bed..but heading up there this week and will check them out. The kitchen may not have granite countertops but it had every utensil you can imagine and the price is reasonable!

Nice house!

This is a perfect location and a great place to stay! The house is clean and the deck is a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the summer. We usually stay for the summer concert series and always have a really great time.

White Christmas!

This was simply perfect and cozy. We had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and clean and overall small enough for that cozy feeling but big enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. We saw snow and the trees were all covered and the place was quiet but close to everything we needed. Definitely would rent this place again.

Snowboarding trip

The cabin is small and cozy. Perfect place for a small friend group. The host was super responsive, even before I initially booked. Everything was great, it was just what we needed! Definitely will book again.
