KITCHEN AND DINING
The entire condo features granite countertops and new porcelain, plank tile. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals! The dining area comfortably seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
Enjoy comfortable and modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch or one of the two armchairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Cable TV/DVD player is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

This is also a two-bathroom condo with a walk-in shower and separate vanity in the master bedroom and tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom.

SLEEPING
A19 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master suite has a new King-size Opulence Plush bed (8/31/15). The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room for additional arrangements. The bedrooms also each host flat screen tvs with cable.

EXTRAS
A porta-crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with smaller guests.

A19 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)

**Please note: This is a great vacation cottage condo with easy access to the sand. The interior and furnishings are beautiful. This condo is located on the corner of The Strand and Breakwater Way. There will be a good amount of traffic going by the condo, especially in the summer, so rental rates for this condo have been lowered.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.
