The garbage disposal is not working, the WiFi is not working, and the porch light does not work. We’ve also noticed that several outlets upstairs and in the bathrooms are not functioning. In addition, the house has a significant amount of cobwebs, and the property/photos did not match the expectations we anticipated based on the listing. We wanted to make you aware of these concerns. L The owner didn’t want to work with us because I didn’t say anything at the beginning of the day which are really technically long-term issues that couldn’t have been fixed in four days anyways. I feel that they were aware of these issues. There was dead cockroaches and moths on floors . Neighbors came and asked me what I was doing there because house is sold and it’s not Vrbo anymore. The positive things about this house was the amount of dishes and utensils to host. No maintenance was done to backyard. He did not accommodate or refund because I did not text about it first days? I was busy hosting 12 people!

Had I known about these issues prior to your checkout, we certainly could have repaired the items so you could enjoy them during your stay. We have since fixed the items that you did mention. Despite my responses and my request for additional details (so our folks could address the issues), I never heard anything further from you, accommodation or refunds were never requested or discussed.

Family Grand Canyon Road trip

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is a great house that is located in a nice neighborhood. The home was super clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and had a lot of sitting options throughout. We had 6 people stay with tons of extra room. I will look to book this again if we are in the area.
