Breathtaking secluded Chalet on over 2 and 1/2acres in Northwest Bay with stunning Lake Front and Privacy with a 25 Foot Dock for your Boat. Stone path to the lake(about 200 feet) away or drive to the lake(about 1 minute) with a parking lot with easy access parking to get to your boat!!! Our home has 2 Bedrooms 1 1/2 baths, a large kitchen, wood burning fireplace and brand new Dual zone a/c. We have an extra large deck for entertaining with stunning views of the lake! We are 1 1/2 miles to Bolton Landing in coveted Northwest Bay!

Cozy Escape

The chalet could not have been more perfect for our winter escape. Warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Charming rustic details and thoughtful touches throughout. Jaw dropping view out the back deck. It was a perfect place to be snowed in with a wood burning fireplace. Highly recommend. Patti was a wonderful and helpful host. Thank you for the fresh chocolates chip cookies.

We loved our stay here and the location was perfect to view the lake and access all of the outdoor activities we could ask for! Patti was so accommodating letting us take our dog with us and even left us a bowl of puppy treats! All the little touches when we first walked in created such a great impression, cookies on a platter for us, some wine to ring in the new year, lit candles, handwritten notes, stocked firewood, and all of the winter and holiday decor to make us feel special. The chalet is cozy, comfortable, and very convenient with nearby access to shopping, stores, antiques, and even skiing with Gore Mountain just 30min away. We loved everything about it and would happily come back again.

Amazing Property

Everything about our stay at the Cliffside Chalet was excellent. Thank you Patti for the warm welcome and surprise treat to welcome us. The house has an amazing view of the lake and a cute little trail leading down to the lake and dock. We used the canoe for a little jaunt out on the lake. The chalet had every amenity listed as well as a few more and it was decorated for the fall with pumpkin’s and turkeys!! We will certainly return for another visit!!!

Great stay with a lake view

We came to Lake George for the Adirondack Nationals and was a short drive into town for the car show and cruise. The house was very clean and had a nice lake view. The walk down to the dock and lake was worth it as the view is absolutely beautiful! It may be a little tough for older folks to walk back up the path but there is an option to drive your vehicle down and park at the bottom. We brought along our two dogs who loved having the dog steps right off the dock to go for a swim. Host was very communicative and left us fresh cookies and a bottle of wine to kick off the weekend.

Cozy and welcoming home!

We really enjoyed our short stay. The home had everything we needed and was close to Bolton to enjoy the restaurants there. It was just a short walk down the path to the lake too. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck and relaxing. The furniture was very comfortable inside and out too (my daughter loved the bunked beds!). Patti coordinated everything wonderfully and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful location, well supplied

The chalet is picture perfect. A couple things we did not realize prior is the loft bedroom and bathroom are a slight challenge due to the steep stair case and the bathroom does not have a full door for privacy. Pictures are accurate. Lovely home however we had issues with wifi and the plumbing. Both issues resolved quickly and to be expected in a mountain home. The deck is fenced in which was great for our dog. Beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location Great Host

The location on NW Bay is very private yet convenient to all amenities on the lake and land. The Host is wonderful and the house clean, cozy and is well equipped with everything you need. You can tell the owner is very thoughtful in providing their guest with a great experience.

Great location and property

We had a great stay at this property. Everything from being able to dock the boat, sitting on the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the evening air and fishing, to the great location in the house was perfect. We enjoyed evening fires, sunrises in the morning with Coffee and family gatherings around the table for dinner. We enjoyed being able to take our boat to local restaurants for dinner and returning on the lake to this location, enjoying the sunset. The owners were very nice and were available if we had any questions or concerns I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful rental. We especially love that it is dog friendly too! 🐾

Christmas in Bolton Landing

Our family booked the chalet for Christmas and the hosts had the place looking very festive which was lovely. The place was exactly what we were after. Mother nature didn’t give us a white Christmas but we loved our stay and Bolton Landing is a gorgeous town. We loved our stay.

Best lake in the world with a gorgeous place to come home to after a day on the water. Patti is as good as they come when it comes to an owner/host. Everything you need to cook amazing meals, enjoyed with incredible views.

Awesome Lake George Get Away

Our stay at this Bolton Landing rental was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Patty, the owner, welcomed us with homemade blondies and wine, setting the tone for a fantastic vacation. The charming chalet offered beautiful lake views, and private dock for our rental boat. Patty's seamless check-in and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Being minutes away from Bolton Landing's shops and restaurants was a bonus after a day of fun on the lake. We're leaving with cherished memories and a strong desire to return. Patty's graciousness as a host made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Perfect Chalet

We had a great experience! Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised in VRBO. Communication was great from the beginning to the end. We would certainly book here again. We beat the summer rush of Lake George by a week or two. Couldn’t have planned it better. Light crowds, light traffic and perfect weather.

Perfect spot!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Pattie was extremely helpful and offered help with anything we might need during our stay. We loved the morning view while sipping on coffee and dinners on the deck. Having a dock was amazing as well as we spent most of our time on the lake. We will definitely be back! Quick Getaway

With the mid-summer weather in the forecast, we booked this cabin last minute for three nights for our family of four. Location was great. Close to hikes and we loved being by the lake. We were close to restaurants for dinner. Cabin is great — very clean and well stocked. Patti was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. It was a quiet, off season getaway!

Great cabin! Nice seculded area, comfy beds, pillow,sheets,couch and towels. Great water pressure. Fully stocked kitchen including spices and oils. Big fridge. Nice wood burning fireplace. Big TV. Beautiful outdoor deck with grill, partially covered. Quick responses. Exceptionally clean. Couldn't ask for much more except for winter to cooperate. Thank you for offering your cabin.

Perfect lake side getaway!

Everything from the house, surrounding property, location and hosts were perfect! Cozy lake side home with a private dock, hiking trails nearby and easy access to downtown. Patti was super communicative and accommodating throughout the entire stay, there was no detail overlooked. We would absolutely come back!

Check in was relatively easy other than they had workers on the property blocking the top of the driveway at another location they have that shares the road. House is NOT lakefront they have access to the lake front with a dock but you have to walk quite far or drive down which is not convenient and in my opinion a bit misleading when you advertise your home as lakefront, lakeview would be more accurate. The cherry on top is when I called Patti to let her know that I thought I smelled mold and that me and my daughter were having serious trouble with our asthma at the property, she assured me there was no mold and that she had allergies too yet there were 75 air freshners in the house so I am not sure how that doesn't bother her allergies. After stating we didn't think we could stay in the property due to the breathing trouble Patti assured us in writing by text message that a refund would be issued if we chose to leave early, I agreed to see if we could make it work and stay one more night. The next morning no improvements with the asthma so we informed Patti we would be leaving on day 2 of a 7 day stay, she assured me that a refund would be issued and even put in writing a week later that it was in the works before discontinuing all correspondence with me and never giving me my money back. Scam artists would be a step up, promise a refund, get me to leave the property and probably stay there themselves for the week I paid for, BEWARE STAYING HERE, basically stole 4 grand from me and my family.

Christmas Getaway

Enjoyable and Memorable Christmas Get Away My daughter's family and I were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Patti's Chalet. The home was lovely offering every needed to enjoy our five day stay. It was an added bonus to be able to bring our two dogs. The wooded location was private and quite with a nice view of the lake and easily accessible to the town of Bolton Landing. We also had the pleasure of meeting and talking to our host Patti who had been staying at the lake. We all enjoyed our five day stay and look forward to coming back.

The Chalet is something very special with lots of privacy. We love to entertain and this home is perfect when we entertain our friends and family. We love the lake and are out on our boat as much as we can! We truly enjoy all of the activities the Adirondacks have to offer!!!

Cliffside Chalet is a slice of heaven!!! It is quiet and serene and sits on almost 2 1/2 acres in Northwest Bay. It exudes Adirondack Charm and has an incredible deck for entertaining, a beautiful open floor plan and stunning fireplace and cozy living room/dining area. This home has a short stone path to the lake(about 200 Feet) and also has a private parking lot if you prefer to drive down to the lake front which takes a minute or two. This home is offered with a 25 Foot dock with Whips for your boat. There is a grill and a picnic table down at the Lake for summer barbeques. We also have a canoe and kayak for your pleasure. This home is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Cliffside will take your breath away. We look forward to meeting you!!!
