Very limited availability to this cozy 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably. Located just yards from the lake with a filtered view of Lake George, this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable week in Lake George. Located just 3 miles north of busy Lake George village, this property is part of an association that has access to a community playground, fireplace, and huge lake deck with a sandy swim area. Use of 2 kayaks. There is an optional boat slip available as well (additional cost & size limit).
Knotty pine interior with newer kitchen and updated baths. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen with a double/twin bunk bed. The Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa with a premium mattress. There is a new 18x18 deck w lounge chair, and grill along with your own portable fire-pit.
Included are two parking spaces outside cottage with limited guest parking nearby.
