About this property

Close to everything! In between Canada Street and the Lake in a residential area with a lake view. Easy access to all attractions, Lake George Steamboat Company cruises, shops and restaurants. 100 feet from the public beach and Shepard park concerts. Dock space available too (Note: additional cost and no boat trailer storage). 2 parking space available.

We offer WiFi, One TV, Four A/C's, gas BBQ, picnic table, and a patio set on a covered porch. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide pillows, blankets and comforters. Sheets and towels available upon request.

**Please note that during our Summer season, June 1-September 1, we require a 7 night minimum stay. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.

Summer by the Lake

We come from NZ and had a week with our grandchildren in this cottage by lake. Everything close by, super clean and comfortable for a family. Everything was as Terri said and she was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in a beautiful place!!!

Absolutely LOVED this cabin. Its right on the lake. Its cozy. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. We had no issues being disturbed with the weekend live music from Duffys next door. (In fact we went out on the porch to listen to it.) We had a great time at Oktoberfest and got to see some PEAK NYS fall foliage. The owner Terri left us passes of a boat cruise on the lake, which we used our last day there. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back next fall and do it again!

Great location for Labor Day 2024

My sister and husband stayed at this property. The cottage was very cute and cozy. Everything was great and it's in the perfect location for walking distance to the village. And a bonus was added. They had tickets to enjoy a boat cruise! Thank you to our host Terri... everything was wonderful.

Lake George Vacation

Two of the things we value most in a rental is accuracy of the listing and communication with the host. Both were on point! If you are looking for a location walkable to everything in the village including beach access this is the spot! There were some reviews about being able to hear music from the bar/restaurant across the street and while you could hear the music from outside it had no impact on our family being able to sleep. The host was amazing with communication and helped every step of the way. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice cozy place to stay

Wonderful location. Close to everything Lake George has to offer. Cottage was extremely clean and quiet. I hope to continue staying here.

Great Stay!

Our family loves visiting Lake George and staying at this cottage was wonderful, especially with a toddler. You have practically everything you need at the unit and it's easy walking distance to lots of fun activities.

Excellent location ! Walking distance to all Lake George has to offer! Accommodations were extremely clean and all necessities provided! Also had surprise tickets for a boat ride on Lake George! Great stay!

Location is awesome.

We had a great time at this cottage. The location is the best, right in the center of Lake George, able to walk to almost everything. The perfect location. The cottage is clean, simple, and the beds were very comfortable. Lake access is steps away. The host is very accommodating. A+

Another Great Fall Experience

This Cottage is super clean, and has the BEST location for Lake George Village Fun!!! Everything is walking distance. Great Wi-Fi, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, gas grill, picinc table as well as outdoor seating for 6 under a roof make this a most enjoyable stay.

Great Location

We had a nice stay at Terri's property, and it was a very walkable location. Probably better for people who are looking for a bit of nightlife, as the bar next door was pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Not a problem for my wife and I but did make it hard for the 3yo to sleep. Nothing Terri can do about it, but good for parents of young children to know.

We enjoyed our stay. We were happy there was a grill. We loved how close we were to everything. There was something nearby for all of us to enjoy. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again next year.

Location, Location

I’ve rented a few houses in the area over the years and this one was my favorite. Walking distance to everything. We had our senior dog with us and he enjoyed the walks along the lake and nearby park. We also had our teen w us who enjoyed walking to the shops and arcade. Front row seats for the fireworks too. House is cuter than pictured and the air conditioning was really needed during the hot week of our stay.

Always a great time

This is our 6th summer at this house. We always have the best time and the house is just what we need for our week long vacation in Lake George! We love the convenience of being right in the center of the village but also love that it’s very private where we are. We also love that the Marina is right there so we can bring our boat. It’s just the perfect spot for us and Terri is always so accommodating to our family! We hope to come back for many many many more years to come!

Lake George Getaway

This house is the closest waterfront house to the village. The view is obstructed by the cabin in front, but you can still catch a glimpse of the water and the walk to the lake is very short. We used the porch above the boat rental each to share a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. The porch on the house was great for take out meals and to listen to the bands playing next door. Only thing that could be improved were the beds, but still managed to sleep well after busy days.

Amazing location, clean as a whistle, wonderful host!

This property could not have been better for what we needed. Pets allowed, so our two small dogs were happy as could be, and so will be that we didn’t have to leave them at home. We were right near a beach and playground for the 2 1/2 year-old grandchild. Right near a library literally at the end of our street so quiet time an art supplies were readily at hand, along with shelves and shelves in children’s books on a hot day. Food, stores, live music all around, a pretty park, and the lake footsteps away… What could be better? Plus, we had trouble corralling everybody to get out on time and the house was very patient with us as we worked hard to get all the moving parts synchronized. It was laundry, right there on the premises, a covered porch with incredible breeze, and a lovely little yard with a picnic table under a huge shady Maple. You can’t go wrong! What a find!
