Comfortable Boardwalk Cottage Within Walking Distance of Lake, Beach and Village

Close to everything! In between Canada Street and the Lake in a residential area with a lake view. Easy access to all attractions, Lake George Steamboat Company cruises, shops and restaurants. 100 feet from the public beach and Shepard park concerts. Dock space available too (Note: additional cost and no boat trailer storage). 2 parking space available.

We offer WiFi, One TV, Four A/C's, gas BBQ, picnic table, and a patio set on a covered porch. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide pillows, blankets and comforters. Sheets and towels available upon request.


**Please note that during our Summer season, June 1-September 1, we require a 7 night minimum stay. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.

Once again the property was spotless and everything we needed for the comforts of home were provided. We had 2 people stop for dinner on Saturday night and they drove their own cars. They parked in the lot we did and we were warned by a driveby only 2 vehicles were allowed even though there were multiple parking spaces not being used. So we cut our dinner short and they left. Other than that our experience was very pleasant. This was our 4th time here.

Great location/Excellent for Boaters

Loved the location. Dock/Marina restaurant right down the hill from house, 1 minute walk. Don't have to drive anywhere. Nice sitting area outside where we had breakfast every day. Parked boat at Boardwalk Marina, additional cost but very reasonable. Only thing that may bother some is noise from nearby bar, Duffy's. Only heard it when we were outside and it was no bother at all once in the house. It would certainly not keep us from staying there again. Highly recommend, great communication from owner, very responsive to all questions.

The perfect place in every way!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We had a girls' trip - mom and young adult daughters. We were thrilled to bring our dog, too! We could walk to everything - shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice-cream, arcade, and the shore! Super quick drive to the beach and other attractions, too. The house was IMMACULATE and had everything we could need and more! All the beds were super comfy and the living room couch was SO comfortable I didn't want to get up! (Terri, I need to know the brand of that couch! LOL) Terri replied immediately to my messages too, very reassuring. To say we had a wonderful getaway is an understatement - we already hope to come back next year!

Awesome location

The place was great, short walk to the main street with shops as well as short walk to the lake. Very easy check in and check out, it was great we didn’t have to worry about vacuuming the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. That is a priceless service provided. We would definitely rent again in the future

Great stay in Lake George

Property was just as expected. The location cannot be beat! We could see the lake from the patio table, we could walk to the boats and restaurants. Be aware if you’re staying at this time of year that many restaurants are closed Monday - Thursday.

Location is awesome.

We had a great time at this cottage. The location is the best, right in the center of Lake George, able to walk to almost everything. The perfect location. The cottage is clean, simple, and the beds were very comfortable. Lake access is steps away. The host is very accommodating. A+

Amazing

The house is absolutely gorgeous the view is absolutely gorgeous Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with the biggest plus was that we were able to take our dog with us. The property is right off the main strip of Lake George so it was easy access to everything but definitely rent again.

Always a good time

This is our 4th year renting out this house and we love every minute of our stay at the lake. The house is perfect for us and it’s right in the center of everything so it makes for a perfect vacation getaway. We plan on going back every year for many years to come. Terri is such a great host and is always so accommodating. We highly recommend this house

We had an amazing vacation in the Lake George area and a large part of the success of the trip was the quality and location of this beautiful cottage. Right on Lake George there were beautiful views and also just off the main street, that provided quick access to the strip, but set just enough back for privacy and quiet. Our son loved being able to hear the whistles of the Minnie Ha-Ha every time it cruised by on the lake. All attractions in the village are within a 2-10 minute walk. 15 minute drives to Lake Luzerne for tubing and rafting and rodeo, or horseback riding up past Bolton Landing. The house was clean and comfortable- AC on hot days, lots of windows for a beautiful breeze off the lake on milder days and evenings. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. All the amenities of the kitchen allowed us to make lunches for our day trips. Terri answered all our questions ahead of time and the staff at the marina were friendly and always asked how our stay was when we past by. The perfect spot for fireworks on the deck. We will back!

Great Location

We had a nice stay at Terri's property, and it was a very walkable location. Probably better for people who are looking for a bit of nightlife, as the bar next door was pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday night. Not a problem for my wife and I but did make it hard for the 3yo to sleep. Nothing Terri can do about it, but good for parents of young children to know.

Lake George Stay

Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway. Everything was smooth from the start. You can hear the liveliness from the local restaurants especially given that it was Americade weekend but that didn't disturb our family. Steps to second floor are slightly steep but the space upstairs is much bigger than expected. Overall a great stay. No need to use your car. Easy park and explore all over.

Lake George Getaway

This house is the closest waterfront house to the village. The view is obstructed by the cabin in front, but you can still catch a glimpse of the water and the walk to the lake is very short. We used the porch above the boat rental each to share a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. The porch on the house was great for take out meals and to listen to the bands playing next door. Only thing that could be improved were the beds, but still managed to sleep well after busy days.

Love this house!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We brought a boat and the boat launch was right in front of our house which was so convenient. The house is in the middle of the village but it is completely private which was the best of both worlds. We walked everywhere and never had to use our car. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be coming back next year!! Terri was so great to work with and the house was clean and comfortable. Thank you for such a great place to make memories ❤️

Best customer service ever!

So the house was exactly as described and perfectly located for our needs. I'd happily recommend it to anyone. However, far more important was the customer service we received from Terri. We had some unexpected troubles with our travel plans and without boring everyone reading this with the detail, I just have to say that Terri went above and beyond for us. If I could give this a 10-star rating I would! We're already planning to return again.

Awesome!

Our family of three with two young dogs are very, very, very impressed with the Boardwalk Cottage. We really were within walking distance of everything in the Village. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and the updates are great. We walked to the dog beach area every morning with the pups (weather permitting). We were able to grill dinner most nights. We could also watch the fireworks from the driveway area. We had some rainy weather during our stay and the cottage was a comfortable refuge from the weather. When we come to Lake George in the future, we hope this house will be available for our stay. Highly recommend this cottage for a cozy stay! Thanks!

Lake George Cabin

This property was great!! Very very clean, in fact spotless!!!! Terry was excellent to deal with, very responsive !!!! The space was perfect for us, my husband and our little dog. It was a hot week, so the air conditioning was an added bonus. You can see the lake from the windows and its a super short walk to the Lake. Also very convenient to the village of Lake George. We walked almost everywhere. The boat cruise tickets were an added bonus. We went on the Mohican and it was great. There is also a new shared laundry between the 2 homes that was nice!! I cant say enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We will be back

Our stay at the Boardwalk Cottage was extremely wonderful!!

My family and I enjoyed a week’s stay at Terri’s cottage in Lake George. We feel extremely lucky to have found this gem for our vacation. The cottage could not be cleaner, and I could tell that Terri has spent the time to update the cottage and keep it in great working order. The bathrooms look newly refinished, the kitchen is well-stocked and user friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The decor is charming and Terri is an amazing hostess. She is very attentive if you have a question but also allows you the space to enjoy your vacation. On top of all this, the cottage is in a prime location. We could walk to almost everywhere...the beach, the steamboat company, Fort William Henry, paddle boarding/kayaking, parasailing, shops, restaurants, amphitheater, park. The cottage is footsteps away from the village but also in a spot where you feel away from all the village activity and can enjoy some peace and quiet. We were very happy with our stay!!
