Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.

NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!

We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our big family with kids—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The easy beach access and low crowds this time of year made it extra peaceful. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Great house!

A few parents brought a group of teens down for spring break. The bottom level was perfect for the kids to hang out and have their own space. The house was incredible and the beds were really comfortable. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Great Vacation Home!

House is beautifully decorated with a short walk to the beach. Property was clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay here again.

September Stay

Great property for our group. We had a business trip in Sandestin and decided to stay here with our cadre. Separate rooms and space for everyone and allowed us to hang out together and bond.

Amazing property!

Great property with vast amounts of square footage, wonderful location just steps from the beach and a heated pool. Nice to find a pet friendly location that was high end so that we could include our beloved pets while on vacation, but not feel like we had to sacrifice quality of stay for the humans. Owner was quickly responsive and very helpful when we thought we had the correct entry code (but ended up being at the wrong door). Close to town, close to the beach, plenty of room to spread out. Already thinking about when we can go back! Have also sent this listing to several friends and recommended it highly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful House

The house was perfect for my 17 family members ranging from 3 years old to 75 years old. The communication with the owners was easy and they got back to me within a few hours or less with each message I sent. The two kitchens helped immensely when preparing dinners for all of us and we found we could all gather in the first floor dinning area for meal times. The ice maker we didn’t know we needed (located in the first floor kitchen) came in so handy during the hot beach week - that was a welcome added bonus.Something we didn’t know we were going to need, but came in handy, was the first floor is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair can easily come in the first floor and have access to the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with no issues. The big windows looking out onto the pool were nice for those that didn’t want to be out in the heat/sun but still wanted to watch those playing in the pool. The house is located very close to public beach access with a ramp allowing a wheelchair to get close to the sand and if you can flag down a lifeguard on duty they can bring a beach accessible wheelchair to get through the sand and to a space on the beach. The beds were nice and I loved the master bedroom on the third floor with a roomy shower and a bench! I could see the ocean from the balcony and watch the evening storms out at sea. We were able to park 2 mini vans, a Tahoe and a small SUV in the parking area. Public parking during the daytime was close.

The Best in Every Way!!!

Our family has vacationed each summer for the past ten years in the 30-A area. We enjoy being together. While searching for a home to rent in June '19..."Chasing Seagulls" jumped out at us! Reading the description of the home was astounding...it had everything we wanted and more...cleanliness, wonderful bedrooms and baths, well stocked kitchen(s), new appliances, tons of room throughout the house, balconies, our own pool and ocean view with the beautiful beach on the same side as the house...No having to cross the street! The decoration of the house was outstanding with lovely bedding and art. I could go on and on, but I would like to mention the attention given to us by the Property Manager, Kevin. He made sure we had all the information needed and that he was available to be contacted if needed. Very Nice!!! In closing, we happened to meet the owner of the property. He is super kind and has a friendly personality. The whole package was a blessing to all our family... can't wait to return!!! Thank you and God Bless from all of us!!! ...Sandy

Great spot!

Stayed here with both mine and my husband’s family. Very comfortably fit all 13 of us with room to spare. Loved how close we were to chair/umbrella rentals on the beach, and the little ones loved being able to come back to the pool to wind down after long days at the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great Beach House for large family

It was great to be in walking distance of the beach. The heated pool was great and much enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would have liked to have had a heads up about needing more towels and paper goods before arrival.

Great spot in Seagrove

Great property for large group. Our teens loved having the first floor as their home base and the parents occuppied the 2nd and 3rd floors. The beach access may be the best part. Walk right out the back door to access the public beach access at the Santa Clara Beach Access. No need for a car, golf cart, etc to get to the beach. Far enough away to get relief from crowds on Seaside square but close enough for kids to ride bikes to the square. Great place!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful trip to this beautiful home. The house really makes use of their space and there is ample bedrooms and just room in general. The lower level was great and our teens loved having a kitchen to themselves. The beach is literally right behind the house and the location overall was perfect. The home details and decor were amazing as well. Communication was quick and easy. The only thing to note just so you know when you come- not much is included in terms of extras especially in the kitchen (no salt and pepper), so just make a note of this. We have been coming to this area numerous times a year for over 30 years and this was a top place for us! Can’t wait to visit again.

Thank you very much for your inquiry into our home, "Chasing Seagulls". The entire home has been recently remodeled, it shows like a brand new home. All new furnishings as well.
Bedrooms wise, the first floor has 2 bedrooms. One very large one, which has 2 king beds, and a set of queen over queen bunks. Then the second bedroom has a king bed. Those 2 bedrooms do share a bath. Also on this level is a nice living, dining, and kitchen, that all lead out to the pool and beach access.
On the second level is the main living area of the house. The main living, dining, and kitchen area. Also another bedroom with king bed and private bath. The laundry is also on this level.
On the third level, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of those face towards the gulf with outstanding views. They both have a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed, as well as twin over twin bunks, and private bath.
