This wonderful lakefront home is located on Norris Lake, TN. This lakefront property, with 150+ feet of frontage, offers an incredible view of the lake, has a walkout basement as well as walkouts from bedrooms. This home includes 5 bedrooms (3 king master suites with private bathrooms, 2 twin beds, and a full size bunk bed and twin size bunk bed) and 4 total bathrooms. This spacious home accommodates 14 people comfortably! Great for a family getaway! Our guests have enjoyed new appliances, extra full-size refrigerator in the basement, as well as an second dryer located on the main level to dry your towels, etc. Check out our recent/upcoming upgrades below! Just a short boat/car ride to The Greens at Deerfield Golf Course. There is a large laundry room located downstairs. In addition, there is a private dock two slip, covered dock with room for up to four boats. Also featured, is a fire pit and seating area near the water to fully immerse you into what Norris has to offer! Off street Parking that accomodates 5+ vehicles as well as a pull-off that can be used for additional parking or boat/PWC trailer parking. Great, quick access to drop in your watercraft at Springs Dock Resort. This home is also very close to several other marinas including Deerfield Cove Marina, Sugar Hollow Marina, and Shanghai Resort. This is one you'll want to visit again for years to come!

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the dock and spent a ridiculous amount of time just lounging in the lake - which was clean, deep, and quite warm! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Get away on lake

House was clean inside but outside deck was dirty and hot tub was filthy and no one came to clean it or put chemicals in it. Otherwise was great!

Thanksgiving 2023

The house was very nice, but it was not clean. It appeared that is had not been stayed in for some time. There were spiders and spider webs in all the sinks. There were also several bugs always crawling around. That wasn’t ideal, but we agreed it was fine. It was fine until we went to bed. All the beds downstairs has dog hair all over the pillows, sheets, and blankets. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. Also, it is advertised as sleeping 16, but we had 13 people and didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths for everyone. It’s a nice home, but needs extensive cleaning.

So Beautiful

This was our first time to Norris Lake! The house was beautiful and the perfect amount of steps. The house is located close to three marinas.... Amazing location. The kids loved the dock with slide. The boat slips were so convenient. We will be coming back!

Great place for large family get together!

We rented this property to host family for my son's first birthday and it was so perfect! We had 2 babies and there was plenty of room to give them space but socialize. We had a cookout on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake, enjoyed a day on a pontoon boat and spent some great time together. My only tips are to stock up on what you need, there isnt anything close to pick up odds and ends, and bring slippers! The owners ask for no shoes in the house, which is understandable because its muddy - but i think even with no shoes your socks will get dirty! Thanks for allowing us to celebrate our babes first birthday!

Perfect getaway with gorgeous views!

The lake views from this house can't be beat!! Just beautiful from expansive decks that stretch all the way across the back of the house. The new double deck dock is a hit for families whether it's the slide into the water or the ease of pulling up a boat. (We rented a Pontoon and kayaks from from Oasis Watersports. They were also amazing to deal with! ) The house is stocked with tons of towels and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want to prepare meals. Relax and enjoy!

Beautiful Setting, Perfect for Family time

House was perfect. Two beautiful decks overlooking the lake. Ping Pong and Golden Tee were bonding/competing opportunities. Awesome dock although 7" of rain put a damper on it. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Excellent experience, we will be back. If I could one piece of advice it would be to stop on your way in for grocery's. Its a good 25 minutes to a Walmart. Host was awesome, does a great job accommodating. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful location for our girls retreat!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our girls retreat! Not only was the house super clean, open and cozy but the VIEWS and balconies were beautiful 😍😍. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need which was amazing! The kitchen had tons of pots, pans and flatware which made it so easy to cook a big meal for all the girls. There were plenty of blankets, towels and pillows and there was even detergent to do laundry. Beds were comfy like a hotel and the entire place made us feel right as home! Hot tub was perfect for night time relaxing and the fire pit was a great added feature. Eric was an amazing host, super responsive and accommodating during our planning process. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, very responsive host

The property is beautiful, and the view is great, even in the off-season. Check-in/out was a breeze and communicating with the host was easy. We had a hiccup with the hot tub not being ready for use, but the host called to walk us through where to find the necessary items to take care of it. We had to leave a day early due to a bad winter storm moving in (roads would have been impassable with the ice they were calling for) and the host was understanding of that. Would love to return to this property in the warmer months if we can find an opening!

DREAMVIEW AT 1822 ALDER SPRINGS ROAD

This home is beautiful. The lake is equally nice. Access to the house on land and water is easy. You can also contact the owners by phone or email. We highly recommend this rental.

Vacation 2020

This was our first time vacationing at Norris Lake, although my husband has fished there for years. Great accommodations and location. Three very close marinas for our boating needs, quick grabs, and taking some nights off from cooking. Decks on the house and dock can't be beat for hanging out and enjoying the scenery. Also plenty of room to spread out inside. The lake was wonderful - clear and clean. We definitely enjoyed our time on and off the water.
