Completely renovated for 2018, this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideally placed a few meters from the beaches of St Germain sur ay, which even in summer is not over-populated.
On the ground floor you will find a large open room with lounge / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed (160x200cm). Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed + 2 single beds, a bathroom, an office area and a cinema area with 3D video projector + home cinema 5. 1.
A terrace of 60m2 arranged for the beautiful days (living room 6 persons + barbecue + parasol and deckchairs). The fenced yard will allow you to let your pets romp freely without worrying.

Amazing place!

My family and pups stayed here. The house had all the necessities, was so close to the beach that I could walk my dogs there, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Everyone there was also friendly and the nature was fantastic! The owner was also really nice.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Für die Hunde waren Kissen und Wassernäpfe bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts war ebenfalls freundlich und unkompliziert. Im Haus gab es hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung. Die Ausstattung gab alles her, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigte. Die Lage war für Strandspaziergänge perfekt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, welcher wunderbar (leer) ist. Haus gut eingerichtet, auch wirklich alles zum selber kochen da. Schön ruhig. Nette Vermieterin. Sehr gut auch mit Hund.

Tolles Ferienhaus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut, es fehlt an nichts und ist insgesamt für 6 Personen eingerichtet.Das Gebäude ist rundherum eingezäunt, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Es gibt 6 Sonnenliegen, ein großer Sonnenschirm steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.Internet und Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen ist vorhanden, eine Anmeldung über einen eigenen Amazon/Netflix-Account ist möglich. Das Heimkino ist ein nettes „nice to have“. Als Hundebesitzer sind wir schon mal bzgl. der Sauberkeit von Objekten auf die Nase gefallen - dies ist hier überhaupt nicht feststellbar! Alle Decken und Hundekörbchen wurden vorher gewaschen und machten einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Waschmaschine ist sauber.Die Lage 50 m zum Meer ist optimal, die Umgebung ist herrlich, die Strände waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Juni-Urlaubs nahezu leer. Wir mussten lernen, dass man die Badezeiten an den Tide anpassen muss. Bei Ebbe ist das Meer "weg" - d.h. es verschwindet hinter den Austernbänken einige km weit.Das Dörfchen ist eine Feriensiedlung mit ein paar wenigen Restaurants, die gute Speisen für bezahlbares Geld anbieten. Martine als Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke an Martine für einen erholsamen Urlaub :).

Einfach genial!

Ich habe mit 2 Freunden und unserem Hund das Haus im April gemietet. Es war traumhaft. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, keine 50m von einem der schönsten Strände überhaupt. Natur pur!Der kleine freundliche Ort verfügt über 3 Restaurants, einen kleinen Laden (Baguettes und Croissants jeden Morgen frisch) und einen Baguette-Automaten :))Man ist uns immer freundlich begegnet. Das Haus selbst, vorallem die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, sehr sauber und für den Hund ist ein kleine eingezäunte Rasenfläche mit Außenterrasse/ Sitzmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus, aber auch eine komplett umzäunte Kiesfläche mit Lounge-Ecke im vorderen Bereich vorhanden.Martine war sofort zur Stelle, obwohl wir eine Stunde früher ankamen, als besprochen. Wir waren nach nur einer Woche komplett erholt und wären am liebsten dort geblieben. Lieben Dank Martine!

Tolles Haus 50m vom Strand entfernt

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen im toll ausgestatteten Haus mit voll umzäunter Terasse vorne und einem voll umzäunten Garten nach hinten. Unser Hund hatte slso die freie Wahl und das Auzo stand auch sicher hinter dem Zaun. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit zwei Kühlschränken, Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner! Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bei Befarf kostenlos vorhanden, ein Fernseher mit Internetverbindung und Satellitenantenne ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Sollte irgendwo etwas fehlen, ist Martine immer kurzfristig erreichbar! Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr im selben Haus gebucht! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub und biz zum nächsten Jahr!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, sehr gepflegt, strandnah. Super mit Hund! Gartenliegen, zweiter Kühlschrank, moderne Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Einzige Schwäche: langsames Wlan Wir, Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden, haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt!! Jederzeit wieder:-)

Perfekt! Ich bin mit zwei Hunden verreist, Garten komplett eingezäunt, Näpfe, Spielzeug und Betten für die Hunde vorhanden. Tolle, gehobene Ausstattung mit Heimkino, Waschmaschine/Trockner, Kamin, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und tolle Gastgeberin. Lage optimal ruhig und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Sehr schön!

Alles war perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Für unsere Hunde stand bei der Ankunft schon Wasser bereit und auch schöne Liegeplätze waren vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Strand ist nur ca. 50 m vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Merci beaucoup pour tous!!! Wir haben eine wundervolle Auszeit genossen. Das Meer 50m entfernt und somit direkt vor der Tür, das Haus bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen direkt geantwortet hat... Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich und für meine Hunde stand bereits Wasser parat und ein Liegeplatz. Kurzum alles war wunderbar und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Location agréable,très bien située.

Très bon accueil de Martine . Maison au calme, agréable,propre, bien equipée (literie au top), fonctionnelle et très proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller sur la grande plage de St Germain à pied, en 5mn. Martine accueille les animaux ce qui est précieux de nos jours. Elle est très concilliante. Seul petit bémol, le jardin est un peu petit et sans trop d'intimité.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Martine. Es war alles wieder perfekt. Martine hat uns freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wollten nächstes Jahr wieder hin, aber leider ist es belegt. Aber auch dafür hat Martine eine Lösung gehabt. Sie gibt uns ein anders Haus im selben Ort. Diese Frau ist einfach perfekt. Agréable maison située proche de la mer

Maison agréable, nous avons apprécié pouvoir prendre notre chien avec jardin clos. Je conseillerais de mettre une crêpière :) et quelques jeux pour des enfants. Martine est très gentille. Coin calme avec accès à la plage facile et proche.
