Villa Esprit de Famille in Moliets et Maa, close to the ocean and golf course

Our villa is located on the prestigious Moliets golf course.
500m from the start of Hole 1 and the Club House, you have a breathtaking view of nature without any opposite.
Nestled in the secure area of Clairière aux Chevreuils, located 800 m from the sea, it has access with a code barrier, private parking, a private pool 10 by 5 meters, heated to 28 ° which is serviced weekly by a pool engineer.
A chalet-style villa where wood predominates, completely redecorated in 2017.
High-end materials chosen for their quality. Hardwood floors, raw wood furniture, quality bedding, linens and dishes.
Wifi is available throughout the villa.

A fully equipped kitchen with fan oven, microwave, electric kettle and Russell Hobbs toaster, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher.

Two bedrooms with King size bed and overlooking the pool and the Park.
A third with mezzanine bed and a 140 bed to accommodate up to four people.
A bathroom with spa bath and a shower room.
Two separate toilets.
In the basement, we have created a fully equipped studio of approximately 20m² with en-suite shower room and WC. Two beds are available with 90/190 beds that can easily be pushed together.

Available in the basement, a washing machine and a dryer.

On your arrival, the villa will be ready to receive you: the beds will be made, the towels and the household linen will be in place, the swimming pool will be cleaned during your stay.
Everything will be in place so that you can share the best moments of your vacation with your friends or your children.
You will be less than a kilometer from the beach, with access by a forest path
You can enjoy a vacation without a car. Bicycles are at your disposal and you will benefit from more than 60 kilometers of secure cycle paths.
You will discover Moliets and its region, can reach Seignosse and Hossegor in peace
All the shops are located less than two kilometers from the villa.

A Concierge Service is included in the rental. You will therefore be able to benefit from special rates to order your groceries, pastries, home sports teachers, etc.

Wir , 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, hatten eine gute Zeit in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Villa, die sich unweit von der herrlichen Stränden von Moliets Plage befindet. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und befindet sich auf einem zauberhaften nicht einsehbaren Grundstück. Ein Highlight war der bestens gepflegte und geheizte Pool. Wenngleich es mit 7 Personen etwas zu beengt war, würden wir die Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Séjour paisible à Moliets

Séjour très agréable en famille où nous avons pu profiter de la proximité du très beau golf (auquel nous pouvions accéder à pied) et des plages landaises sauvages. Belle disposition des pièces, décoration soignée et jolie piscine bien entretenue avec vue dégagée sur un parc. Le temps était même au rendez-vous donc nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

BELLE MAISON DE VACANCE

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Il est à noter que nous n'avons pas utilisé la chambre du garage car c'est à mon gout un peu glauque de dormir dans un garage sans fenêtre et avec une porte sectionnelle pour unique accès Pisciniste présent 2 fois par semaine Jamais vu la concierge Ménage de milieu de séjour non inclus

Ravi que votre séjour ait été ”Agréable” et que la maison soit “Belle” car avec une notation de 3/5, je craignais le pire ! Quant au ménage, à aucun moment il n’a été prévu au milieu de séjour mais toujours à la fin. Pour information, la villa a été laissée dans un tel état qu’il a fallu doubler le temps de nettoyage…

Villa in Moliets

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Domaine in moliets et Maa nahe am Atlantik. Die Villa ist schön und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Sie liegt offen auf einen Park mit kleinem Weiher. Sehr ruhige Lage. Der Pool ist geheizt und kann somit immer genutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit Ofen und Mikrowelle sowie Spülmaschine und Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Auch Trockner und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat ist dass das mit vermietete Studio kein Fenster hat. Das Schkafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ust sehr gemütlich aber eher für Kinder geeignet ausser man belegt es mit nur einer Person so wie das bei uns der Fall war. Alles in allem hatten wir schöne Ferien mit 5 Erwachsenen.

Une villa d'exception où il ne manque rien. Une large terrasse à vivre au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la clairière. Un "spot" de rêve ! L'océan à proximité dont on entend parfois la marée monter, accessible à pied. Calme absolu. Petit bémol, l'endroit se nomme: "La Clairière aux chevreuils", au pluriel. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables, la plancha très pratique pour cuisiner et les chambres sont très confortables. L'accueil et le départ étaient très bien organisés. Un très bon séjour familial

Tres bon séjour,depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ. La maison est très sympa, décorée avec soin. Le dégagement face à la piscine est top et donne un grand sentiment d'espace. Les chambres sont agréables même si pas très grande.

Villa Esprit - Perfect place for family holidays

We had a perfect holiday in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the closeness to beach, golf and tennis. We felt very comfortable in a very unique and beautiful villa. Vacances à MOLIETS et MAA du 11 au 25 août 2018 Clairière aux chevreuils Séjour très agréable dans votre jolie maison dont la décoration originale , soignée jusque dans les moindres détails, vaudrait un article dans un magazine spécialisé ! L’environnement de verdure bien entretenu, d’étang et de beaux arbres a un charme fou ! Nous nous sommes sentis très vite comme chez nous . Rien ne manque pour faciliter la vie quotidienne : vaisselle élégante , ustensiles nombreux pour cuisiner , meubles de confort et d’extérieur , accessoires divers , jeux de société , barbecue dernier cri etc… Et , cerise sur le gâteau , la piscine chauffée ,un point stratégique -ô combien appréciable- pour compenser l’éloignement de la mer pour des seniors et paresseux !!! En outre le temps nous a été favorable ! Adresse donc à noter qui nous a permis de connaître et de d’apprécier cette belle région des Landes . Enfin l’extrême gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires Véronique et Laurent P. du F. sont un point important ! Nicole et André ESPARON

Un séjour très agréable

Une belle semaine passée à Moliets-et-Maa, dans cette villa "esprit de famille". Nous étions 9, et chacun a pu trouver son espace de vie : les ados en bas, les plus jeunes à l'étage, près de la chambre des parents, les grand-parents dans la suite parentale. L'endroit est très confortable, calme, entouré de nature, c'est particulièrement reposant. Et tout le monde a pu profiter pleinement de la piscine (à domicile), du golf (tout proche), et de la plage des Chênes Lièges (à un peu plus de 2 km). Sans oublier les commerces à proximité. A bientôt !
