You can reach the hearth of Florence (Piazza Duomo) with a 15 minutes walk trough the old classic streets of the city (Borgo Albizi and Via del Corso). The neighborhood is SAFE at every hours of the day and not fill up by tourist! The main street at the corner (Via Gioberti) offers Opinions more than 100 "shops", with restaurants, shops, markets, bars, and galleries!
In Piazza Beccaria (100 mt from the room) you can find an electric bus That drives you directly into the city center and other busses to reach other places, included out of town locations.
I work in a shop in front of the room every day of the week (except sunday) so I'm at your disposition for any problem or to help you with your "florentine" life!

The studio was well-equipped and located. The experience was not simply "business." Paola and her family live nearby and are available to answer questions. The Florentine transit map can be challenging to understand. On a city map, Paola labeled important bus lines (including stops and where to purchase tickets) and important places to visit (such as Le Muratte) that might have been overlooked. I felt as if I were staying with a dear friend who was showing me more than I would have seen with a guide book.
