Located NORTH BEACH behind the dune, 10 minutes walk from the city center and close to the beach this renovated duplex is located in a small condominium of 3 units set back from the road with a parking space.
It is adjoining on one side.
Very bright, facing south, it is composed below:
- A room with sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a terrace and a small fully enclosed garden.
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet with window.
Upstairs:
Two attic rooms with velux;
-The first a bed of 140 by 190
-The second: two beds of 90 by 190.
The bedding is new!
- A laundry room with sink and toilet and washing machine.

L' appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien situé: calme, petit jardin clos sans vis-à-vis et parking privé. La plage et la ville se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied. Camille est une propriétaire très sympatique!!! Bref, un logement de vacances idéal où chacun peut se sentir chez soi! Nous aimerions beaucoup y revenier :-)
