Enjoy a piece of paradise in the Perico Bay Club Community! This beautiful 1200 square foot condo is located only 5 minutes away from Anna Maria Island. This unit is ideally located in Bradenton near Robinson's Preserve, The Palma Sola Causeway Park, shopping, and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. This gorgeous community features lakefront views, a community pool, fitness center, walking and bike paths, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.

This second floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk up the stairs into a spacious open floor plan with beautiful scenic views. The living room is connected to the dining room and features a flat screen TV and seating for 6. The kitchen is off the dining room and is fully stocked with supplies and cutlery.The screened in patio is also off the dining area with seating to watch a beautiful sunset.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, walk in closet and TV with Cable. Sliders from the master lead out to the patio and the master bathroom is attached with a double vanity and walk in shower. The linen closet is in the master and is filled with towels and extra blankets and pillows for the Queen sleeper sofa that is out in the living room. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is across the hall with a bathtub and travel size toiletries. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The closet in the downstairs small hallway features a tent and chairs to use at the beach! When not at the beach enjoy the pool and hot tub within feet of the condo!

The world renowned beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach is only 5 minutes away. It is also only a 30 minute drive to see what Sarasota has to offer as well! Come enjoy a nice relaxing stay at our condo in a beautiful gated community!

Perico Bay Requires ALL renters to fill out an application for Residency.
