Beautiful Greers Ferry Lake lakefront home in a beautiful neighborhood with large King master suite, easy lake access, neighborhood boat ramp one house down and a large spacious covered deck. Located just off the Narrows on a large cove of the lake (Hurricane Bay) with a 6-foot wide gentle sloping pathway leading to the lake where you will find a small pebbled beach. Minutes from Shiloh Marino and Lacy’s Marina.
The open common area features lots of comfortable seating and an Arkansas field stone log fireplace with plenty of firewood onsite. There is also a fire pit outside for making s’mores in the summer or sitting around a warm fire in the cooler months. Enjoy the corn hole set, giant Jenga and the board games on the beautiful deck with family and friends. There is also a well stocked kitchen with Thermador ceramic cook top and Kitchen Aid mixer for the nights you are cooking in. There is a large private Master King bedroom with a beautiful view and an en-suite bath with shower and large jacuzzi tub located on one end of the house with lots of windows/light and direct access to the deck. There are 3 additional bedrooms located on the other end of home, one with a King bed, the other a queen bed and the the smaller bedroom with a full-size bed. You will also have access to neighborhood’s community boat ramp just steps away (one house down.) The ramp offers a place for easy drop off and pick up of passengers throughout the day is one house down from our back door and is a UNIQUE ADVANTAGE of our home’s location. While there is no overnight parking on the lake or by the boat ramp, there is room in our driveway or our yard to park your trailered boat overnight / boat trailer during the day, so bring your boat! Shiloh Marina is 3 minutes away and Lacy’s Marina is 5 minutes away if you want to inquire about overnight boat slip parking or renting a pontoon boat for the day. We are located just minutes 25-30 minutes away for the Little Red River. Also 5 minutes from the town of Greers Ferry area with small grocery, dollar stores, and several restaurants.

Please note: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR PETS as owner has a severe allergies to both. This is a cable free home. Smart TVs with apps are provided for streaming. Cleburne is a dry county so BYOB if you are interested in a happy hour. 3 night minimum for holidays. Please message for any questions about our lake home and we hope you enjoy it as much as our family does!!

We stayed a weekend at this property and it was perfect for our family! Great patio with big table for family time. Awesome bathtub jacuzzi. Check in was super easy and check out was easy! I would totally rent this house again when we go back to Heber Springs.

Family Fun at the Lake!

This is our second summer back and we love it! Such a relaxing and low key place to bring our family. The property has everything you need to make family dinners and grill if you want. We also enjoy the board games, fire pit for s’mores and how easy the walk is down to the lake. Our kids are already asking to come back. Truly a cute and functional house for a family vacation. We have five kids and there is plenty of room too!

This property is a gem! House is one level with a great open flow layout. Huge deck with a large covered portion, large well maintained yard with path to the shoreline. One house away from the neighborhood boat launch. Check in and check out was clear and easy. Judy is great to work with, very friendly & responsive. Would recommend and stay again!

Lake trip before School Starts

Our family wanted one last lake trip before school started, and this place did not disappoint! Very nice neighborhood with a nice short and easy trail to the lake. We were able to launch our jet ski just one house over and swim right from the shoreline just steps from the home. House easily accommodated our family of 6 and was very clean. The owner was very quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable! Hope to come back and enjoy another stay here in the future!

Summer lake retreat

This is our second time staying at this property. We love this house. So comfortable. Has everything you need either for weekend getaway or week long vacation. The lake is just steps away. We visited local restaurants. And easy to grab what you need at local Dollar General. This house has so much room for families. And the homeowner is wonderful with communication. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again & again.

Vacation at the lake

This house was perfect for our family! We used the fire pit every evening for s’mores and the trail to the lake was so nice to have for the kids to fish and swim. Everything we could have needed we had. The washer and dryer were a plus too traveling with our kids! There were even outlet protectors in all the outlets which was super helpful with us having a one year old. The owner had great communication and was helpful when I needed something. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance and would recommend for a relaxing get away.

Friends get away

We were 2 couples spending time together. The house was spacious, comfortable and had a great stock of kitchen supplies… which we were impressed. We enjoyed the back deck sitting at the round table with comfortable chairs drinking coffee and playing games. This is a 4 bedroom and we had more than enough room. We chose this place due to the gentle slope to the lake for my friend who walks with braces on his legs. Also for the private boat launch 1 house down.

girls' weekend

We (5 adult women in our 40's) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for a girls' trip. We had terrible luck with the weather (it rained nonstop) so we really couldn't enjoy the outdoor lake activities that we intended. Fortunately the house was so nice and welcoming that we had a great stay anyway. We played games in the huge living room, cooked and grilled delicious meals, ate on the covered patio overlooking the forest and lake and sat out there watching the storms and staying dry, and slept well in the comfortable bedrooms. We had some difficulty with the grill at first and Jody was very prompt and helpful in responding to my questions. Great stay, highly recommended! And the lake is a 1 minute walk through a path in the trees if you have better luck with the weather!

Labor Day Weekend 2021

This property was very clean and very comfortable. It has an open floor plan with comfortable beds and lots of seating in the den. It also has a well stocked and spacious kitchen with a double oven. It is has a nice covered deck with a grill and table and chairs. The large yard a was fun spot for the kids to play football, corn hole, and flashlight tag. The property is right on the water and plenty of plush beach towels were provided. The property manager was readily available for any questions and provided clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Memorable Mothers Day

We feel so blessed for the time we spent at beautiful Drivers Lakehouse. We had wonderful meals cooked in the large open kitchen (some cooking items were even provided that we forgot). The ganes that were there, were so much fun even for my 89 year old momma. Ill never forget her playing corn hole with us on the long gorgeous deck or the giant Jenga at the table outside while watching the bunnies play in the yard. The walk to the lake was easy and flat enough for her also to get down to the boat. The house was surrounded by shade and the breeze was spectacular. Loved the large sliding glass & screen doors in every room facing the lake. All of the decor was beautiful and the house was so clean and fresh. The master bath was amazing with the large walkin shower & large jacuzzi tub. Jody stayed in touch with us throughout the stay and we felt like nothing was missing. What a perfect place to celebrate all the love our Mom has shown us and where Gods love was evident. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Nice house photos of driveway are misleading

Upon arrival the parking situation was not what I thought it would be. The pictures of parking are misleading. Yes you can park a boat in the driveway; if you only have one vehicle. Otherwise you will be moving both vehicles eveytime to get the boat out. Also there is a big ski trailer parked in front of the garage door. We had back my wife’s suv out to the road everytime we left. You cannot back a boat under the carport. Is not possible. The house was clean, but very few towels and only one wash cloth in the whole house. Messed up a wheel on my wife brand new suv trying to squeeze in between the boat trailer (which is not pictured in description) and the rock wall. Worst VRBO experience ever and we stayed at a bunch.

Why they chose this property

We are located in a great neighborhood in the town of Greers Ferry on a quiet street/cul-de-sac in a wonderful cove of Greers Ferry Lake just off of the Narrows. We are 4 minutes from Shiloh Marina and 7-8 minutes from Lacy's Marina, so convenient for both pontoon boat rentals and overnight boat parking rentals. We also are located 2 doors down from a neighborhood boat ramp if you prefer to pull your boat each day.

What makes this property unique

—Gentle sloping grassy lake access
—One house away from our neighborhood boat ramp for easy pick up and drop off of passengers throughout the day
—Very large open great room & dining area with vaulted ceiling and lots of light and windows
