Welcome to Clyde's Beach Bunkhouse!

Giddy up to our fabulous studio apartment, up a flight of stairs, takes you into a whole other world. Enjoy your days on the nearby beach and your evenings in this fun tribute to everything western! Kick back on the leather seating and then rest easy in the comfy queen. Full size appliances and a charcoal grill make mealtime easy, but you'd probably rather mosey (5 minute walk) to the nearby village for fantastic grub. Spacious bath with full size walk-in shower.

Please note, we are located on the same footprint as another building with tenants. The backyard is a shared space with other tenants who rent additional units. There is a fire pit and 4 chairs for a perfect summer evening gathered together.

Bring your cattle dog and enjoy the park at the end of the street - 2 pets max (1 for $150, 2 for $225)

Nice stay

Perfect place for a single or couple to stay. Walk to downtown SSI, walk to beaches. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The place has everything needed! Enjoyed my stay !

Great stay in a great location

The property was perfect for myself and pup. Nearby a large open park for walking the pup, nearby dog park, walking distance to the pier and shops/restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. The rental was very private and quiet.

A delightful, well equipped and charming stay!

We loved this western bunkhouse great room just minutes by foot to downtown, the lighthouse. The details fascinated me (as a hobbyist woodworker), and the western theme was well executed. We love SSI for our midtrip break when we travel to Florida, and this offering will always be a first choice for us in the future. Well done!

Second Stay

We love this location and setup. However, during our stay, there was a cleanliness issue. Specifically, some bugs showed up on a warm day after a cold snap. We informed the host, and they assured us it was a fluke occurrence. You cannot beat this location.

Every Little Thing - Great

This efficiency apartment was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the village dining and shopping. Also liked that there is a great park a few steps away were we could walk our dog. The only thing that would have been nice is a chest of drawers or similar to unbuckle for long stays. (We were there 11 days). We would definitely stay there again!

Clean, and safe. Unfortunately the basement and bedrooms did not have locks on the doors, so there was direct access from outside to the bedroom. Need deadbolts to be installed for an enhanced sense of security. Area was safe so not a huge deal.AC shut off one night, had to get someone to come work on it.Occasional bugs downstairs.

Mother-Daughter vacay

My teenage daughter and I stayed Sat-Tuesday and loved the location. It's a loft apartment above a new three car garage. Must be able to do stairs, but it was great for us. Nice fenced yard and a beautiful wooded park across the street is perfect for pets. Short two blocks to Pier Village and all of the shops and restaurants, a mile to beaches. Our only complaint was the size and location of the TV. It's in the dining area, and should be over in the living area/bed area to make it comfy to watch a movie at night. Decor and entire loft was clean, and felt like home! Would love to stay here again
