We were a group of 8 (two couples, 4 single individuals) so we needed lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, in a location where there were destinations easily accessible on foot, so Charles' house was perfect for us. Large kitchen/living area with a separate dining room, all bedrooms upstairs so easy to accommodate people arising at different times. Comfortable furniture, and the layout made it easy both for all to gather and for those who wished for privacy to get away.House was meticulously clean when we arrived, getting in was a breeze, house rules clearly and completely explained.Great location, just a short walk from the shops of downtown Saratoga Springs, as well as 3 of the famous "medicinal" springs right close by. We've done this type of large, family trip several times now, and this was easily our best experience. A!

Beautiful and comfortable appointed home within easy walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. The gathering area was the kitchen and family room area which had a gas fireplace. The fireplace was a nice touch during the cool spring nights while watching a movie or sports game.

The house was perfect for our annual family gathering! Our host was very responsive and informative. The house was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and located in a quiet area across from a park and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc., and the large dining room table was perfect for our group of 10. The front porch was a favorite spot for reading or relaxing. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Saratoga Springs.

We stayed for a friend’s wedding and it was perfect! We had plenty of space and it was perfect walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Charles was a great host and very communicative! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area.

This VRBO is amazing. Sooo much room, perfect for family gatherings. Charles's,our host, was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of my questions or request. We will definitely stay here again. It’s very close to downtown Saratoga, easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

This property is magnificent! Our extended family stayed here when they came for my daughter's wedding. From the luxurious master suite to the game room in the garage......it was unbelievable. I highly recommend this property for visits to Saratoga Springs.
